If the purchaser has no requirements, the goods shall be supplied after chromic acid passivation treatment. 6 Test methods GB/T15392-94 6.1 The inspection items for each batch of steel strips shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 13. The width, bend and unevenness are measured with a sample, caliper or ruler. 6.4 The appearance of the steel strip is inspected with the naked eye. 6.5 The measurement method of the camber of the steel strip shall be as specified in Figure 1. Wet length 6.6 When checking the unevenness of the steel strip, place the steel strip on the platform and measure the shortest distance between the steel strip and the platform. 6.7 Thickness measurement position: for steel strips with a width greater than 40mm, the distance from the edge shall not be less than 20mm; for steel strips with a width less than 40mm, the measurement shall be made in the middle of the steel strip. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 The steel strips shall be inspected in batches, and each batch shall consist of steel strips of the same grade, size, zinc layer weight, performance, surface structure, and surface quality. 5% (but not less than 5 rolls) of each batch of steel strips shall be selected, and samples shall be cut from the head or tail of the selected steel strip rolls to inspect the performance. 7.2 Sampling location for steel strip performance test: For steel strips with a width greater than 340 mm, the sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Figure 2.
