Zinc flower obtained by crystallization at the normal belt cooling rate is specially controlled. The size of the zinc flower is smaller than the normal zinc flower. The small zinc flower is subjected to light finishing treatment
The bond layer on the base metal is composed of zinc-iron alloy,Especially zinc spangle, generally dull
The surface quality of the strip shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 11.
·General use
Suitable for painting and other uses where normal zinc spangle cannot meet the requirements. For deep drawing and deep drawing processing with high surface finish requirements.
Suitable for certain uses of direct painting, no pretreatment is required before painting (except for cleaning of the positive strip).
Steel strips are allowed to have individual abnormal parts. When required by the purchaser, the names of defects recorded in the production process can be provided for reference. Surface structure
