GB19212.1-2003 This part is modified to adopt IEC61558-1:1998 "Safety of power transformers, power supply units and similar products Part 1: General requirements and tests" (English version). This part replaces the first part of GB13028-1991 "Technical requirements for isolation transformers and safety isolation transformers". The technical differences between this part and IEC61558-1:1998 are as follows: In the reference of Appendix S (informative appendix), GB156-1993 "Standard voltage" replaces IEC60038:1993 "IEC standard voltage", and GB12325-1990 "Permissible deviation of power supply voltage for energy quality" is added. GB156-1993 stipulates that the nominal voltage value of the three-phase four-wire system or three-phase three-wire system and the rated voltage value of electrical equipment are 220V/380V, IEC60038:1983 stipulates that it is 230V/400V. The allowable deviation between the power supply voltage and the rated voltage is +7% and -10% as stipulated in GB12325-1990, and +6% and -10% as stipulated in IEC60038. The technical differences caused by this have been compiled into the text and marked with vertical lines in the margins of the clauses they involve.
