4.1 General conditions of the test
4.1.1 Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3186.

4.1.2 The temperature and humidity of the paint sample state adjustment test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB9278. 4.1.3 The standard test panels for paints and varnishes shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of GB9271. 4.1.4 The general preparation of the paint film shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1727, and the arbitration shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6741. 4.1.5 The thickness of the paint film shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB1764. 4.2 Paint film color and appearance

5 Inspection rules
5.1 All technical requirements listed in this standard are type inspection items. Among them, the color and appearance of the paint film, outflow time, drying time, non-volatile content, and heat resistance are factory inspection items. Under normal production conditions, type inspection is carried out once every six months. 5.2 The product shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory shall meet the technical requirements of this standard. The product shall have a certificate of conformity, and instructions for use and precautions shall be attached when necessary. 5.3 The receiving department has the right to inspect the product in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If it is found that the quality does not meet the technical indicators of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample and re-inspect according to GB3186. If it still does not meet the technical indicators of this standard, the product is unqualified and the receiving department has the right to return it.
5.4 The product shall be sampled according to GB3186, and the sample shall be divided into two parts, one of which shall be sealed and stored for one year for future reference, and the other shall be used as an inspection sample. 5.5 The product packaging, quantity and markings shall be checked and verified before leaving the factory. If the packaging is damaged or leaking, the quantity is inconsistent, or the markings do not meet the requirements, they shall be handled in a timely manner. 5.6 When there is a dispute between the supply and demand parties over product quality, the product quality supervision and inspection agency shall perform arbitration inspection. 6 Packaging marking

7 Packaging, purchase, storage and transportation
7.1 The product shall be stored in a clean, dry and sealed container, with the filling amount not exceeding 95% of the volume. When storing the product, it shall be kept ventilated and dry, and prevent direct sunlight exposure. It shall be isolated from fire and heat sources. When the temperature is too high in summer, it shall be cooled down. 2

7.2 When transporting the product, it shall be protected from rain and sunlight exposure, and shall comply with relevant regulations. 7.3 The product has an effective storage period of one year from the date of production under the storage conditions in accordance with 7.1 and 7.2. 7.4 After the storage period, it can be inspected according to this standard and can still be used if the results meet the requirements. 3 Safety and health regulations
This paint contains nitrocellulose and organic solvents such as esters, ketones, and alcohols. It is a flammable liquid and has certain toxicity. Attention should be paid to ventilation, fire prevention, anti-static, and poisoning prevention measures should be taken at the construction site, and the safety regulations and relevant regulations for coating operations should be followed. 3
