4.8.1 Method overview
HG2282-92
After dyeing according to the standard dyeing method, the ratio of the amount of dye on the dye sample to the total amount of dye in the dye bath is determined. 4.8.2 Reagents and instruments
The reagents used shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB2374. 4.8.2.1 Chlorobenzene-phenol mixture: prepared in a weight ratio of 1+1: 4.8.2.2 Volumetric flask: 50mL,
4.8.2.3 721 type or other type of photoelectric spectrophotometer; 4.8.2.4 Water bath;
4.8.2.5 Analytical balance: sensitivity 0.0001g. 4.8.3 Determination steps
According to the provisions of GB2374 and GB2394, the dye concentration is 0.5g/500mL, the dyeing depth is 2%, and the pH is 5~6. A sample is dyed by high temperature and pressure method. After reduction cleaning and drying, the sample is cut into pieces and fully mixed. 0.100g (accurate to 0.0001g) is weighed and placed in a 50mL volumetric flask. 3mL of chlorobenzene-phenol mixture is added to immerse the fiber in the above solvent. Then, it is placed in a boiling water bath for 2~3min. After the fiber is completely dissolved, it is diluted to the scale with acetone solution after cooling, shaken, covered and left to stand. Make sure that all polyester resin floccules are deposited at the bottom of the bottle for use (solution 1). bzxZ.net
Use a pipette to draw 2mL of the above prepared dye solution into a 50mL volumetric flask, add 3mL of chlorobenzene-phenol mixture, and then place it in a boiling water bath for 2~3min. After cooling, it is diluted to the scale with acetone, shaken, covered and left to stand for use (solution 2). Use a glass dropper to carefully draw the clear colored solution from the top of solution 1 and 2 respectively. Use the acetone solution as the blank solution and measure the optical density on the photoelectric spectrophotometer (4.8.2.3). The maximum absorption wavelength is 470nm (the measured optical density values of the samples are all converted into the optical density values of 0.1g fiber).
Coloring rate (%) is calculated as follows:
Coloring rate (%)=
Where: E1——optical density value of solution 1; E2——optical density value of solution 2.
4.9 Determination of color fastness
All color fastness test samples are dyed to 1/1 depth according to the provisions of GB4841.1. 4.9.1 Determination of color fastness to light
Carry out according to the provisions of GB8427.
4.9.2 Determination of color fastness to rubbing
Carry out according to the provisions of GB3920.
4.9.3 Determination of color fastness to washing
Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB3921, using the conditions of method 3 and test solution 1. 4.9.4 Determination of color fastness to perspiration
Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB3922.
4.9.5 Determination of color fastness to hot pressing (ironing) shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6152 using the dry pressing method. 4.9.6 Determination of color fastness to dry heat (sublimation) shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5718.
Wbzsoso,cO5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification
HG2282-92
Items (1), (3), (4), (5) and (6) in Table 1 of 3.1 and 3.2 of this standard are factory inspection items. All items in the technical requirements are type inspection items. If one of the six situations described in 6.6.1 of GB1.3 occurs, type inspection should be carried out. During normal production, it should be carried out once a year.
5.2 Inspection by the manufacturer
Disperse Red S-3GL should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should ensure that the quality of all Disperse Red S-3GL shipped out of the factory meets the requirements of this standard and is accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. If the user requires the hot melt method to be used for the strength determination of the product, the supply and demand parties can reach another agreement. 5.3 Sampling method
Random sampling is carried out in batches. The manufacturer considers uniform products mixed at one time as a batch, while the user considers products with the same batch number N
received from the same manufacturer as a batch. The number of samples shall not be less than (N is the number of barrels of each batch of products). The number of samples for small batches shall not be less than 3 barrels. When sampling, do not allow foreign impurities to fall into the product. Use a sampler to take samples from the upper, middle and lower parts respectively. After fully mixing and reducing the samples, take about 200g and pack them in two clean and dry ground-mouth bottles. Seal them with paraffin wax and label them with the manufacturer's name, product name, batch number, sampling date, one bottle for inspection and one bottle for future reference. 5.4 User Acceptance
The user shall verify the quality of the received dispersed red S-3GL in accordance with the provisions of this standard. When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, they can negotiate and resolve the issue. 5.5 Re-inspection
If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from twice the amount of packaging barrels for re-inspection. Even if only one indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products cannot be accepted. 5.6 Arbitration
When arbitration is required, the arbitration institution shall be determined by negotiation between the two parties. The arbitration method shall be in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
6.1 The finished product packaging barrel should have clear markings, indicating the manufacturer's name, product name, trademark, production date, batch number, standard number, specifications, gross weight, net weight, and attach a product quality certificate. 6.2 Disperse Red S-3GL is packed in an iron barrel lined with a plastic bag. The plastic bag should be tied. Other packaging can be negotiated with the user. 6.3 Handle with care during transportation, prevent fire, sun and rain, and do not damage the packaging. 6.4 The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Additional notes:
This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the technical jurisdiction of the Shenyang Chemical Industry Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard was drafted by the Beijing Dyestuff Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Zhang Junyi, Zhang Jianjin and Ding Lan. 4
