This standard was drafted according to the rules given in GB/T1.1-2009. This standard replaces JB/T7118-2004 "Technical conditions for YVF2 series (IP54) variable frequency speed regulating three-phase asynchronous motors (frame sizes 80 to 315)". Compared with JB/T7118-2004, the main technical changes are as follows: 2-pole and 6-pole motors are added (see 3.8); - Frame size 355 is added, and the power is extended from 0.55kW to 200kW to 0.55kW to 315kW (see 3.9); The efficiency and power of the motor when powered by 50Hz industrial frequency are increased. Factor requirements (see 4.4); - Added the requirement that the motor should be able to withstand accidental overcurrent (see 4.13); - Added the requirements for the vibration displacement and vibration acceleration of the motor (see 4.19); - Added the requirements for the shaft voltage and bearing current of the motor (see 4.22); Added the requirement that the safety performance of the motor should comply with the requirements of GB14711 (see 4.27); Modified the frequency range of the motor constant torque operation (see 4.3, 2004 edition 3.9); This standard was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. Specification code, indicating that the shaft center height is 132mm, the base length is S, the core length is 1, and the number of poles is 2. Product code, indicating that the three-phase asynchronous motor dedicated to variable frequency speed regulation has an enclosure protection level of IP54 (according to the provisions of GB/T4942.1-2006). The cooling method of the motor is IC416 (according to the provisions of GB/T1993-1993). 3.3
