Under the condition that the user complies with the storage and use rules, within 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer or within 12 months from the date of installation and use, if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace parts for the user free of charge. 5 Test methods
5.1 Test conditions
5.1.1 Factory inspection shall be carried out in the manufacturer after the winch is assembled; type inspection shall be carried out in the manufacturer's special test field or in the user unit with test conditions.
5.1.2 The instruments, meters and measuring tools used in the test shall have certificates of conformity and periodic appraisal. Calibration must be carried out before the test, and its performance and error shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 5.1.3
When the winch is tested and used, the base shall be placed horizontally and the installation must be firm and reliable. The test shall be carried out at rated voltage, and its limit deviation shall be ±5% of the rated voltage. Test items
Before the test, the winch and its accessories (bucket, pulley) should be visually inspected: whether there is visible damage;
whether there is lubricating oil (grease) in the reduction gear and each lubricating part; the completeness of the matching;
paint surface quality,
JB/T 735794
5.2.2 The winch should be tested for idling in the forward and reverse directions for 15 minutes each, and check: a.
the smoothness of operation;
b.whether the operating device is flexible and reliable;
the temperature rise and maximum temperature of the oil in the bearing and reduction gear; c.
check for oil leakage.
The wire rope tension of the winch is measured by a dynamometer, with an average tension of F. It can be calculated according to formula (1): 5.2.3
Average tension of wire rope, N;
Where. F.
F, tension of the first layer of wire rope on the drum, N; F, -- tension of the outermost layer of wire rope on the drum, N 5.2.4 Wire rope speed v is determined according to formula (2): S
Where: -- wire rope speed, m/s:
S-actually measured wire rope length, m;
T-time used to wind S meters of wire rope, s. 5.2.5 The handle operating force is measured with a dynamometer with an accuracy of 1kg. 5.2.6 The volume of the rope is measured with a tape measure. The limit deviation is ±5% of the standard length. (1)
5.2.7 The winch idling noise is measured with a precision sound level meter. When measuring, the microphone of the sound level meter should be placed 1m away from the winch and at a height not exceeding the top of the winch, and the measurement should be made with the A sound level slow gear. The measuring points should be evenly distributed around the winch, and generally should not be less than four points. If the sound levels measured at adjacent measuring points differ by more than 5dB, additional measuring points should be added in between. The ambient noise value should be 10dB lower than the noise value of the winch being tested, otherwise it should be corrected. The winch noise level value should be the arithmetic average of each measuring point. 5.2.8 When the winch operating handle is in the "relaxed position", measure the winch idling power, and measure the winch input power under rated load and rated speed. The idling power should not exceed 10% of the rated power of the motor. 5.2.9 After the no-load test, the cleanliness of the reduction gear is determined by the filter weighing method. 5.2.10 Under rated load, after the winch has been running continuously for 1 hour, use a thermometer with a scale unit of 1 to 2 ° C to measure the temperature rise of the bearing and oil in the reduction gear.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.1.1 Each winch must be inspected by the manufacturer's technical inspection department in accordance with the provisions of Articles 4.4, 4.5, 4.7 and 4.13 of this standard. It can only be shipped after passing the inspection, and the product quality certification documents must be attached. 6.1.2, Type inspection includes all the contents specified in this standard. Mainly applicable to: New product trial production:
