Subject Content and Scope of Application
QB 1551—92
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and storage of lamp paint coating (hereinafter referred to as "paint film").
This standard applies to the quality requirements and inspection of paint films on lamp parts. This standard does not apply to paint films on lamp parts with special requirements, such as aviation lamps, etc. 2 Reference standards
GB2423.3 Basic environmental test procedures for electrical and electronic products Test Ca: Constant humidity and heat test method GB2544 Surgical blades
GB2828 Count sampling procedures and sampling tables for batch inspection (applicable to inspection of continuous batches) GB2829 Count sampling procedures and sampling tables for periodic inspection (applicable to inspection of production process stability) 3 Product classification
Paint films can be divided into the following two categories according to the use conditions: Class I good use environment, such as general indoor; Class II bad use environment, such as containing industrial waste gas or salt, humid use places. 4 Technical requirements
The paint film shall comply with the provisions of this standard. If there are special requirements, they shall be separately specified in the drawings and technical documents approved in accordance with the prescribed procedures. 4.1 Appearance
4.1.1 The appearance of the paint film on the main surface shall be smooth and even in color, without exposed bottom, cracks, obvious sag, blistering, orange peel pinholes, bottom biting, color penetration and impurities. 4.1.2 The paint film pattern of the art paint should be uniform and clear, but the pattern clarity is slightly poor in complex parts such as sharp corners, around countersunk holes and joints. 4.2 Adhesion
The paint film should have good adhesion, and the paint film should be firmly bonded to the substrate. After undergoing the test in 5.2, there should be no undesirable phenomenon of paint film falling off. 4.3 Humidity and heat resistance
The paint film should have moisture resistance. After undergoing the damp heat test in 5.3, it should meet the following requirements: 4.3.1 The appearance quality of the paint film after the damp heat test shall not be lower than Grade 2, and its quality level assessment shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1
Appearance of the film
The appearance of the paint film surface is good, without obvious changes and defects. The paint film surface is allowed to have slight gloss loss, slight fading, a small number of pinholes and other defects. There shall be no more than 2 bubbles with a diameter of 0.5 to 1mm in any 100mm2 square area of the paint film on the main surface of the test piece. Bubbles with a diameter greater than 1mm and invisible bubbles exceeding 10% of the surface area are not allowed. Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 6, 1992 and implemented on March 1, 1993
Continued Table 1
Appearance of the paint film
Individual rust spots on the base metal and a small amount of wrinkling on the paint film are allowed. There shall be no more than 9 bubbles with a diameter of 0.5~3mm in any 100mm2 square area of the paint film on the main surface of the test piece, of which no more than 3 bubbles have a diameter greater than 1mm, and no more than 1 bubble has a diameter greater than 2mm. Bubbles with a diameter greater than 3mm and invisible bubbles occupying more than 30% of the surface area are not allowed. Defects exceeding level 3 are considered level 4.
4.3.2 The adhesion of the paint film after the damp heat test shall not be lower than level 2. After the adhesion test according to 5.2, the quality grade assessment shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2.
5 Test method
5.1 Appearance inspection of paint film
Nine squares are complete and the paint film has not fallen off
The primer has not fallen off or the topcoat has not fallen off more than three squares
The primer has not fallen off more than three squares and the topcoat has not fallen off more than six squares. If the defect exceeds level three, it is level four
Under normal natural light indoors or 40W fluorescent lamps, the illumination of the light is not less than 300lx, and visual inspection is carried out at a distance of 500mm from the test piece. 5.2 Adhesion test of paint film
Use an adhesion tester or a new No. 11 surgical blade, which should comply with the provisions of GB2544. During the cross-cut test, the blade plane is perpendicular to the surface of the test piece, and four scratches are cut vertically and horizontally on the flat paint film to the surface of the substrate with uniform force and steady speed without shaking, forming 9 small squares, and the area of each square is 1mm2. Use a soft brush to brush back and forth 5 times along the two diagonal directions of the grid, and then check the paint film peeling in the grid.
Note: Each new blade is allowed to be used up to 5 times (1 time for every 9 small squares). 5.3 The wet heat resistance test of the paint film
It shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2423.3. The test cycle is as follows: Class 1—5 cycles
Class I—7 cycles
The test time of one cycle is 24h.
5.3.1 The requirements of 4.3.1 may be inspected by appropriate measuring tools and appearance methods. 5.3.2 Within 1~~~2h after the wet heat test, the adhesion after the wet heat test shall be inspected according to the method of 5.2 for the requirements of 4.3.2. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
Inspection is divided into factory inspection (or delivery inspection) and type inspection (or routine inspection). Whether the quality of the paint film complies with this standard shall be subject to "factory inspection" and "type inspection" by the inspection department of the manufacturer. 6.2 The factory inspection batch is composed of products with the same material, same process, same specification and the same storage date. 6.3 For the test pieces, it is allowed to select truly representative parts from the parts of the series of products with the same structure, same material and same process as the test pieces for testing. If the test is qualified, it is considered that the parts of the series of products with the same structure, same material and same process are qualified. For large or complex painted parts, it is allowed to use samples for testing. The materials and coating process used for the sample should be the same as those for the painted parts. The size of the sample (length × width × thickness, in mm) is 120 × 50 × 1 or 120 × 50 × 2.288

6.4 Factory inspection
QB1551--92
6.4.1 The random inspection items for factory inspection shall be in accordance with the one-time sampling plan of special inspection level S-1 in GB2828. 6.4.2 The test items for factory inspection are appearance (4.1), AQL-6.5 (number of unqualified products per 100 units of products). 6.4.3 The batches that fail the factory inspection shall be returned for 100% inspection. After the inspection, they can be submitted for testing again, but they must be subjected to corresponding strict inspection. If they still fail after resubmission, they shall be regarded as unqualified batches. 6.5 Type inspection
6.5.1 The sampling items for type inspection shall be in accordance with the sub-sampling plan of discrimination level 1 in GB2829. 6.5.2 The test items for type inspection are appearance quality (4.1), adhesion (4.2), and moisture and heat resistance (4.3), RQL=65 (number of unqualified products per 100 units of products), sample size is 3, and the judgment array is: A. 1, R. =2. 6.5.3 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: when the material, paint or process is changed;
In normal production, an inspection shall be carried out periodically once a year; c
In special circumstances, when the user makes a request, after consultation. 6.5.4 If the type inspection fails, the product acceptance shall be stopped, and the products that have undergone factory inspection but have not been shipped shall be stopped from shipping. The manufacturer shall take effective measures until the type inspection is passed before the acceptance can be resumed. 6.5.5 Samples that have passed the type inspection shall not be shipped as qualified products. 7 Packaging and storage
7.1 Painted parts should be packaged separately with soft neutral packaging paper to avoid damage to the paint film surface. 7.2 Painted parts should be stored in a ventilated and dry room without corrosive gases. Additional remarks:
