Service strength a0.2 ≥835 The surface of the blade of the scraper blade needs to be heat treated, and its hardness is 50~55HRC. 4.7 Elongation5 Brinell hardness 4.8The extension of the cutter body after installation shall meet the requirements of Table 1 and Table 2, and the pressing and ejection shall be normal without jamming. 4.9After the product is assembled, the exterior shall be sprayed with anti-rust paint. 4.10Under normal conditions (scraping cement blocks, wax deposition), the scraping life of the cutter body shall not be less than 60h. 5Test method If the metal material used for the scraper needs to be tested for mechanical properties, it shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T228. 5.1 5.2The hardness of the rubber body shall be tested in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T531. 5.3The quality of the surface of the parts shall be inspected by visual method. 5.4The thread of the drill pipe joint shall be inspected with a thread gauge in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4749. 5.5The Rockwell hardness of the cutter body after heat treatment shall be tested in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T230. 5.6 The extension of the cutter body is tested with a universal measuring fixture. The flexibility of its pressing in and ejection is tested 3 times with the pressure method. 5.7 The scraping life test of the scraper should be carried out on a simulation test bench. Use No. 500 silicate cement and wait for 24 hours to solidify on the inner wall of the corresponding test casing. Fix the test casing on the base of the test bench, connect the scraper to the drill pipe of the test bench, apply a pressure of 0.810kN, and simulate scraping at a speed of 36r/min, scraping for 1 hour each time, and scraping 3 times. Then disassemble and measure the wear of the cutter body, and verify its life by the progressive method. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Factory inspection 6.1.1 Products must be inspected and certified by the quality inspection department before leaving the factory. 6.1.2 Factory inspection items: a) Joint thread; b) Hardness of the cutter body; c) Pressing in and ejecting of the cutter body. 6.2 Type inspection 6.2.1 Products should be subject to type inspection when any of the following conditions are met: a) newly designed or transferred products; b) products in formal production have major changes in structure, materials and processes that may affect performance; c) products that have been discontinued for more than two years and then resumed; d) cumulative production reaches more than 200 sets per year; e) national and departmental quality supervision agencies propose type inspection. 6.2.2 Type inspection items: SY/T 5110—2000 Type inspection items should be all the contents of technical requirements, 6.3 Judgment rules 6.3.1 Factory inspection, joint threads and cutter body press-in and ejection should be inspected piece by piece, and the hardness of the cutter body should be inspected by sampling 1 piece out of every 20 pieces. If one item fails, the product is deemed unqualified. 6.3.2 During the type inspection, 2 sets shall be selected for inspection. If one item in each set fails, the type inspection shall be judged as unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, storage and transportation 7.1 Marking 7.1.1 The following product markings shall be printed in the marking slot: a) product model and connector thread code; b) manufacturing) code or registered trademark; c) product number and factory date. 7.1.2 After the product is packed, the following packaging markings shall be made on the packaging box: a) name and address of the consignee; b) name and address of the manufacturer; ) product model, name and quantity; d) packaging box size (length × width × height), mm×mm×mm; e) gross weight or net weight, kg; ) factory opening date: year, month. 7.2 Packaging 7.2.1 Before packaging, the thread of the joint shall be coated with anti-rust grease. 7.2.2 The product shall be packed in the packaging box of this system: 7.2.3 The accompanying documents shall be put into a plastic bag and placed in the packaging book, including: a) Product inspection certificate; b) Product instruction manual; c) Packing list. 7.3 Storage and transportation The product shall be kept in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse. The storage period of the rubber scraper shall not exceed 18 months. During storage and transportation, it shall be placed horizontally. It is strictly forbidden to drop, bump, squeeze, press or contact with corrosive substances such as acid, alkali and salt.
