This standard specifies the classification, requirements, inspection rules and delivery preparation of mechanical seals for welded metal bellows. This standard is applicable to various steel vertical reaction agitator shafts and similar rotary pumping mechanical seals. The sealing medium is various fluids without solid particles. The working parameters are: individual pressure is divided into -1~1.6MPa (gauge pressure) (single-layer wave plate) and 0~2.5MPa (gauge pressure) (double-layer liquid sheet): medium humidity is -200~300℃; the outer diameter of the shaft (or rotating sleeve) of the sealed part of the liquid sealing machine is 30~160mm, and the axis speed of the rotating shaft is not more than 5m/s. 3.2 Structure and main dimensions
Single seal for inner day bearing.
Double seal for inner love bearing.
The seal used in this standard is a top dynamic mounting structure, balanced type, and can rotate in both directions. The structure type is shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3, and the main dimensions are shown in Table 1.
The end seal of this standard does not necessarily have to be consistent with the diagram, but the dimensions given must be followed. The end drive method of Chang Jun is shown in Figure 1.

4.1 The technical requirements for welded metal bellows mechanical seals for the medium end shall comply with 4.1 and 4.2 of J3/T6373-92. 4.2 Technical requirements for mechanical seals for atmospheric end use shall be in accordance with 4.2 of HG/T2269-92. 4.3 Performance requirements
4.3.1 Leakage

The wear of the end face of the mechanical seal shall meet the requirements of the service life of the mechanical seal. When tested with clean water, the wear of the end face of any sealing ring shall not exceed 0.02mm after 100h of operation. 4.3.3 Service life

4.4 Installation and use requirements
The stirring transmission device shall comply with the provisions of HG21563. Other requirements shall comply with Chapter 7 of HG/T2269-92. When the temperature of the conveying medium is too high or too low or contains impurities or flammable and explosive gases and other special working conditions, corresponding blocking, flushing, cooling, filtering and other measures must be adopted. 4

4.5 Product marking and packaging requirements

5.2.1 Inspection of welded metal bellows components

5.2.3 Product inspection
Product inspection includes type inspection and factory inspection. Type inspection and factory inspection should include partial pressure test and operation test. The test content, test conditions, test equipment, test instruments and meters should be carried out in accordance with HG2099 requirements.
