Among the general items inspected, if more than one item fails to meet the requirements, the type inspection will not be passed. If one of the general items inspected fails to meet the requirements, double sampling should be done from the batch of products to repeat the inspection of the unqualified item. If all the re-inspected items meet the requirements of this standard, the item can be judged as qualified. If there is still one item that fails to meet the requirements of this standard, the type inspection will not be passed.
6.3.2 Factory inspection
Each accelerated curing box leaving the factory shall be inspected according to the inspection items specified in Table 2. Only those that pass all the inspections can leave the factory. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1Each accelerated curing box shall have a durable nameplate in an appropriate and obvious position. The following contents shall be clearly marked on the nameplate: a)
Product name and model;
Curating temperature range;
Control time range;
Rated voltage, V;
Rated frequency, Hz;
Total input power, W;
Net weight, kg;
Manufacturer name;
Manufacture date and number.
Registered Trademark

The outer surface of the packaging box shall be painted with non-fading paint, and the following marks shall be clearly marked: a)
Full name of the manufacturer;
Product name and model;
Trademark;
Net weight, kg; Gross weight, kg;
Outer dimensions of the packaging box: length × width × height, mm; Transportation precautions: Handle with care, moisture-proof, upward, number of layers that can be delivered, etc., or symbols, patterns, etc. 7.2 Packaging
The accelerated curing box shall be packed in a firm packaging box. After the transportation test according to Article 5.12, the packaging box shall not be obviously damaged or deformed. Each accelerated curing box shall be accompanied by an instruction manual, a certificate of inspection, a product warranty sheet and a packing list when it leaves the factory. 7.3 Transportation and Storage
During transportation and storage, the product should not be dropped, bumped, or wetted by rain or snow. The product should be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse with an ambient air temperature of -30℃~40℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 85%. There should be no corrosive gas around.
7.4 Warranty Period
If the user complies with the storage, installation and use regulations, the accelerated curing box will be repaired or replaced free of charge by the manufacturer within one year from the date of purchase if there is any failure.10 Mechanical strength test of specimen rack and caster The accelerated curing box is placed at room temperature, with pads at the four corners and no power. The prepared concrete cube specimens are placed on the sub-board in sequence according to the designed loading number, and the box cover is closed. After the test for 1 hour, the specimens are taken out, and the sub-bracket and pen sub-board are observed and inspected. It is required that no deformation occurs. The four corner blocks are taken out, and the curing box is moved to check whether the working state of the caster is normal. 5.11 Appearance inspection
Visually inspect the coating surface. There should be no obvious flow scars, scratches, wrinkles, bubbles, missing coating and aggregated sand particles. The coating, electroplating parts and plastic parts of the box body shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.5.8.
5.12 Transportation test
Put the package on the car and fix it, and drive 50km on the third-level highway. After the test, check whether the appearance of the accelerated curing box package is damaged. After removing the packaging box, the installation firmness of the whole machine is checked, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.5.7 and 7.2. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
The inspection of accelerated curing box is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. 6.1.1 Type inspection. Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a) Trial design and identification of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; b)
JG/T3027--1995
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; at least once a year during normal production; when production is resumed after a suspension of more than half a year (including half a year); when the results of the outgoing inspection are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.1.2
Factory inspection. For products that have passed the type inspection and are officially put into production, the quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall conduct inspections according to the factory inspection items before leaving the factory, and only those that pass the inspection shall be allowed to leave the factory. 6.2
The various inspection items of accelerated curing box are shown in Table 2. Table 2 Inspection items
