National Standard of the People's Republic of China Single rod cylinders--Bores from 8 to 25 mm-Mounting dimensions Pneumatic fluid power -Single rod cylinders--Bores from 8 to 25 mm-Mounting dimensionsUDC 621. 6-222 GB 8102-87 This standard refers to the international standard IS0 6432-1985 Pneumatic-Single rod cylinder-10 bar (1000 kPa) series-Cylinder bore 8 to 25 mm-Mounting dimensions. 1 Scope of application This standard applies to single rod cylinders with a maximum operating pressure of 1000 kPa and a cylinder bore of 8 to 25 mm. 2 Reference standards GB2349 Hydraulic cylinder piston stroke parameter series GB2350 Hydraulic cylinder cylinder piston rod thread 3 Installation type and size 3.1 Installation type This standard specifies the following installation types: MF8-Www.bzxZ.net Front end rectangular flange (two holes) installation type (see Figure 3 and Table 6); MP3-Rear end fixed earring installation type (see Figure 4 and Table 6); MR3-Front end thread installation type (see Figure 5 and Table 7); MS3 3.2 Size -Front end angle bracket installation type (see Figure 6 and Table 8). Select the installation size of the cylinder according to the values specified in Tables 4 to 8. 4 Nominal stroke 4.1 The nominal stroke value of the gas sign is selected according to the series specified in Table 1. If the series specified in Table 1 cannot meet the requirements, it can be selected according to the provisions of GB2349. Table 1 Cylinder piston stroke series 4.2 When the nominal stroke value of the selected cylinder is less than 100mm, its nominal stroke tolerance band is +1.5mm; when the nominal stroke value of the selected cylinder is greater than 100mm, its nominal stroke tolerance band shall be agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer. 5 Cylinder bore diameter The cylinder bore diameter series included in this standard are shown in Table 2. Approved by the State Machinery Industry Commission on July 13, 1987 and implemented on July 1, 1988 Characteristics of cylinder piston rod GB 810287 Cylinder bore diameter series 6.1 This standard applies to piston rods with or without external threads (see Figure 1 and Table 4). 6.2 The external thread size of the cylinder piston rod shall be selected according to the long series of GB2350 (see Figure 2 and Table 4). Theoretical reference point For all cylinders, regardless of the installation type, the axial dimensions are measured using the same reference point. This point is the theoretical point for transmitting force from the piston rod to the moving part. This standard stipulates that the theoretical reference point for the cylinder installation dimensions is located at the shoulder of the cylinder piston rod external thread; for cylinder piston rod external threads without shoulders, the theoretical reference point is located at the root of the cylinder piston rod external thread back groove (see Figure 1). 8 Cylinder installation dimension marking code The meaning of the cylinder installation dimension marking code used in this standard is shown in Table 3.
