There shall be no folds, wrinkles, holes, pulp blocks, light spots and other paper defects. 5The thickness and tightness of each roll of paper shall be consistent, and no scraps of paper shall be allowed in the roll to ensure stable overprinting during printing. The cut edges of the paper shall also be neat, without burrs, and the cut ends shall be smooth. 4.6The color of each batch of paper shall not be There may be obvious differences. 4.7 The number of joints per roll of paper shall not exceed 7, the joints shall be flat, the upper and lower layers shall not stick together, the width of the joints shall not exceed 20mm, and there shall be obvious markings. 4.8 Other quantitative stamp papers can be produced according to the contract, and their tear resistance and other factors can be converted according to the index. 4.9 The following conditions may be classified as second-class products, but no more than two of them shall be exceeded at the same time. a. The quantitative error exceeds the allowable error by ±1.0g/m2; the longitudinal tensile strength is less than 10%; QB/T1598—1992 The smoothness is less than 15% of the standard; d. The whiteness is less than 3.0% (absolute value) of the standard; the number of joints per roll of paper exceeds the standard by less than 3. e. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 The quantity delivered at one time is considered as a batch, but not more than 50t. 5.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the products produced meet the requirements of this standard. A product quality certificate shall be attached to each roll of paper when it is delivered. 5.3 The sampling inspection for delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828. The sample unit is roll. Samples shall be taken from the samples in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450 and processed in accordance with GB/T10739. The sampling plan, inspection level, qualified quality level (AQL) and judgment number for delivery inspection shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Sampling plan 91~280 Normal inspection Secondary sampling plan Inspection level 1 Class B nonconforming products Class C nonconforming products Sample size Nonconforming classification Nonconforming Ink absorption Nonconforming Technical indicators in Table 1 (except ink absorption) and appearance 5.4 The purchaser has the right to inspect the product quality according to this standard. If the inspection result does not conform to the provisions of this standard, it should be raised within three months after arrival (or according to the provisions of the order contract), and the supply and demand parties shall jointly take samples for re-inspection. If it is still unqualified, it will be judged as a batch unqualified, and the supplier shall be responsible for handling; if it is qualified, the purchaser shall be responsible for handling. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 6.1 Packing and marking shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342 or the provisions of the order contract. 6.2 When transporting and stacking, the paper rolls shall be rolled on a flat ground or on a plank in the direction indicated by the arrow on the roll to avoid damage. 6.3 Paper rolls shall not be dropped from a height. 6.4 A canopied and clean transportation vehicle shall be used for transportation. 6.5 Paper rolls shall be placed upright when stored. If they are placed horizontally, an arc board shall be placed under the bottom roll, and the stacking height shall not exceed 3m to avoid the paper rolls being flattened. 6.6 Paper rolls shall be properly stored in a well-ventilated warehouse and placed on a pad to prevent deterioration due to rain, snow and ground moisture. 6.7 If the product deteriorates and the quality declines due to transportation and storage not complying with the provisions of this standard, the relevant parties shall be responsible for the losses. 287 A1 Sample collection and processing QB/T1598--1992 Appendix A Method for determining adhesive effect (Supplement) Sample collection and processing shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T450 and GB/T10739 respectively. A2 Test instruments and equipment A2.1 Metal roller specified in GB/T1540. A2.2 Water-absorbing sponge with a width of 50 mm. A3 Test steps A3.1 Cut at least 10 samples of 150mm×50mm, with the long end of the sample in the longitudinal direction. A3.2 Place the sample with the adhesive side facing upward on a flat and solid table, and then evenly apply the water-absorbed sponge to the middle part of the sample 25mm away from both ends of the sample. Then take another sample and place the front side (uncoated side) facing downward to overlap with the water-coated sample, and use a metal roller to roll back and forth along the longitudinal direction of the sample once. A3.3 After the sample is dry, peel off the two samples from either end with force. If the paper layer is completely broken before peeling, the sample is judged to have qualified adhesive effect. Repeat the operation for at least 5 pairs of samples. If there is no peeling phenomenon between the 5 pairs of samples without breaking the paper layer, it is judged to be qualified.
