This standard specifies the types, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking and packaging requirements of YA-W, YA-WF1 series outdoor, outdoor corrosion-resistant and increased safety three-phase asynchronous motors. This standard applies to YA-W, YA-WF1 series outdoor, outdoor corrosion-resistant and increased safety three-phase asynchronous motors (frame size 80~280) (hereinafter referred to as motors).
The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors meets the requirements of GB3836.3, and the explosion-proof marks are eIT1, eⅡT2, and eIT3. The protection type complies with the provisions of ZBK04003. The special environment codes are W and WF1. Both are suitable for chemical, petroleum, petrochemical and other industrial environments with explosive mixtures of groups T1 to T3 indoors and outdoors. Type W is suitable for environments with slightly corrosive media. Type WF1 is suitable for environments with medium and lower corrosive media.

3.1 The protection level of the motor housing is IP54, and the protection level of the junction box housing is IP55 (see GB4942.1). 3.2 The cooling method of the motor is IC0141 (see GB1993). 3.3 The structure and installation type of the motor are IMB3, IMB5, IMB6, IMB7, IMB8, IMB35, IMV1, IMV3, IMV5, IMV6, IMV15 and IMV36 (see GB997), and it is manufactured according to the provisions of Table 1. 3.4 The rating of the motor is a continuous rating based on the continuous working system (S1). 3.5 The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz, the rated voltage is 380V, the power is 3kW or less, the Y connection is used, and the other powers are △ connection.
3.6 The motor should be manufactured according to the following rated powers: 0.55, 0.75, 1.1, 1.5, 2.2, 3, 4, 5.5, 7.5, 11, 15, 18.5, 22, 30, 37, 45, 55, 75, 90kW3.7
The corresponding relationship between the motor frame number and the speed, power and temperature group should be as specified in Table 2. Table 2
