National Standard of the People's Republic of China Packaging--Transport packages-Sinusoidal vibration test methodat constant frequency GB/T 4857.7-92 ISO 2247—1985 Replaces GB 4857. 7—84 This standard equivalently adopts the international standard ISO2247—1985 Packaging—Complete and fully loaded transport packages—Fixed low frequency vibration Test". 1 Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the main performance requirements, test procedures and test report contents of the test equipment used in the sinusoidal constant frequency vibration test of transport packages. www.bzxz.net This standard is applicable to the assessment of the strength of transport packages under sinusoidal constant frequency vibration and the protection ability of the packaging to the contents. It can be used as a single test or as part of a series of tests. 2 Reference standards GB3538 Method for marking various parts of transport packages Temperature and humidity conditioning treatment of transport packages GB/T 4857.2 Test method for static load stacking of transport packages GB/T 4857.3 GB/T4857.17 General principles for preparing performance test outlines for transport packages GB/T4857.18 Quantitative data for preparing performance test outlines for transport packages 3 Test principle Place the test sample on a vibration table to vibrate. The temperature and humidity conditions, test duration, maximum acceleration, test sample placement status and fixing method during the test are all predetermined. If necessary, a certain load can be added to the test sample to simulate the situation where the transport package is at the bottom of the stack and is subjected to a sinusoidal vibration environment. 4 Test equipment The vibration table should have a sufficiently large size, sufficient strength, rigidity and load-bearing capacity. It is mounted on a mechanical structure that ensures that the vibration table surface remains horizontal during vibration. The height difference between the highest and lowest points of the table surface shall not exceed 10 mm. The vibration table may be equipped with: 2 low frame: to prevent the test sample from moving to the ends and sides during the test; b. high frame or other device: to prevent the load applied to the test sample from shifting during vibration; c. device to simulate the fixing method of the package during transportation. In addition, the vibration table shall comply with the requirements specified in 5.6.3. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on November 25, 1992 268 Implementation on June 1, 1993 5 Test procedure 5.1 Preparation of test samples GB/T 4857.7-92 Prepare the test samples in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4857.17. The number of test samples is generally not less than 3. 5.2 Numbering of various parts of the test sample Number various parts of the test sample according to the provisions of GB3538. 5.3 Pretreatment of the test sample Select a condition to pretreat the test sample with temperature and humidity according to the provisions of GB/T4857.2. 5.4 Temperature and humidity conditions during the test The test should be carried out under the same temperature and humidity conditions as those during the pretreatment. If the same conditions cannot be achieved, the test should be carried out under temperature and humidity conditions as close to them as possible. 5.5 Selection of test strength value Select the test strength value according to the provisions of GB/T4857.18. 5.6 Test steps 5.6.1 Record the temperature and humidity of the test site. 5.6.2 Place the test sample on the vibration table in the predetermined state. The horizontal distance between the center (or center of gravity) of the bottom surface of the test sample and the center of the vibration table surface is within 10 mm. The test sample can be fixed on the vibration table or surrounded by a frame. If necessary, loads may be added to the test sample, and the loading procedure shall comply with the provisions of GB/T4857.3. 5.6.3 Make the vibration table vibrate between 3~~4.6Hz, and its maximum acceleration is 5~11m/s2. The duration of vibration shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4857.18. The vertical component of the table motion shall be approximately sinusoidal, and the vibration table is allowed to have rotational motion. Note: If an instrument is used to measure the vibration degree, the accelerometer shall be placed close to the vibration table surface close to the test sample. However, certain protective measures shall be taken for the accelerometer to prevent contact with the test sample during the test. When the test is carried out with an acceleration of 11m/s, the appropriate frequency is not set by the instrument, but by the following setting method: First, let the vibration table vibrate at a frequency of about 2Hz, and then continuously increase the vibration frequency until a part of the test sample repeatedly leaves the table surface, so as to ensure that the test sample is subjected to a series of continuous and repeated impacts. 5.6.4 After the test, check the damage of the packaging and contents according to relevant standards and regulations, and analyze the test results. 6 Test report The test report shall include the following contents: a. Name, specification, model, quantity, etc. of the contents; if simulated contents are used, detailed description shall be given;b. Number of test samples Detailed description of the name, size, structure and material specifications, accessories, cushioning pads, supports, fixing methods, seals, c. Bundling status and other protective measures of the packaging container: The mass of the test samples and contents, in kilograms;d. Description of the test equipment; Fixing measures, whether a low frame or a high frame is used; whether a load is added. If a load is applied, indicate the weight of the applied load (in dry grams) and the duration of the load on the test sample. The state of the test sample during the test: Pretreatment temperature and humidity conditions and time; Temperature and relative humidity of the test site; Vibration duration, acceleration and vibration frequency; k. Test results: Any observed phenomenon that can help correctly interpret the test results should be recorded in detail; 269 Test result analysis, GB/T4857.7—92 Indicate the difference between the test method used and this standard; Test date, signature of the tester, and seal of the test unit.
