1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the location and measurement method of marking points of driving seat of agricultural tractor. This standard applies to single-person driving seat of wheeled and crawler tractors. 2 Definition
JB/T 67151993
The driver's seat index point (SIP, see Figure 1) is located in the longitudinal center plane of the driver's seat, 140 mm in front of the backrest rear surface of the measuring device (see Figure 2), and 90 mm above a horizontal plane that intersects the lower surface of the seat board 150 mm in front of the backrest rear surface.
The position of the driver's seat index point relative to the tractor is fixed and does not change due to different adjustment states of the driver's seat. 3 Measurement of the driver's seat index point
3.1 Measuring device
The driver's seat index point is measured using the device shown in Figure 2. The weight of the device is 6 ± 1 kg. 3.2 Adjustment of the driver's seat
Before measuring the driver's seat index point, the driver's seat should be adjusted as follows 3.2.1 For a driver's seat that can be adjusted forward and backward, up and down, and at an angle, each adjustment should be in the middle position. If it is not possible to adjust to the middle position due to structural limitations, it should be adjusted to the upper and rearward position closest to the middle position. 3.2.2 For driver's seats with adjustable suspension systems, they should be adjusted to the following state: after the measuring device and all the specified weights are placed on them, the suspension system should be in the middle position of the maximum vibration range. During the measurement of the driver's seat landmark points, the suspension system can be mechanically locked in this position.
3.2.3 For driver's seats with non-adjustable suspension systems, the measuring device and all the specified weights should be placed on them and locked in the position. 3.3 Method for measuring driver's seat landmark points
Use the device shown in Figure 2 and determine the driver's seat landmark points according to the following procedure. 3.3.1 Place the driver's seat landmark point measuring device (hereinafter referred to as SIP device) on the driver's seat cushion, and make the longitudinal center planes of the two coincide, and push it backwards so that it is attached to the backrest of the driver's seat. 3.3.2 Add a 20kg weight to the SIP device, so that the total weight of the device increases from 6±1kg to 26±1kg. The gravity point of this weight should be 30mm in front of the SIP mark (170mm in front of the rear surface of the backrest of the SIP device). 3.3.3 As shown in Figure 1, apply a horizontal force of about 100N to the device twice at the SIP. 3.3.4 Add a 39kg weight to increase the total weight of the SIP device from 26±1kg to 65±1kg. The gravity point of the added weight is the same as that of Article 3.3.2.
3.3.5 Determine the position of the SIP relative to the driver's seat according to the position defined in Chapter 2 of this standard. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 29, 1993
