Record number: 10107-2002
HG/T 2081-—2001
This standard is a revision of the recommended chemical industry standard HG/T2081-1991 "Cationic Brilliant Blue 2RL". The main differences between this standard and HG/T2081-1991 are: the specification of 250% as 100 points is cancelled, and 500% is stipulated as 100 points. Some indicators in the washing fastness and heat pressing color resistance are modified. The water insoluble content index is adjusted from less than or equal to 0.6% to less than or equal to 0.5%. From the date of implementation, this standard will replace HG/T2081-1991. This standard was proposed by the former State Petroleum and Chemical Industry Policy and Regulations Department, and this standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Dye Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting unit of this standard: Shenyang Chemical Research Institute. Zhangjiagang Gangda Dye Chemical Industry. The main drafters of this standard: Wang Yong, Ma Junqing, Lu Xiufeng. This standard was first issued in 1980 as the Ministry of Chemical Industry standard HG/T2-1387-80, and was first revised and adjusted to the chemical industry standard HG/T2081-1991 in 1991. wwW.bzxz.Net

Sampling is done in batches, and the manufacturer takes the products mixed evenly at one time as one batch. The number of sampling barrels for each batch shall comply with the provisions of 6.6 in GB/T6678-1986. The packaging of the sample must be intact. When sampling, do not allow foreign impurities to fall into the product. Use a probe to sample from the upper, middle and lower parts of the barrel. The total amount of the sample must not be less than 200g. After the sample is fully mixed, it is divided into two clean, dry and well-sealed containers. Labels are attached to indicate the product name, manufacturer name, batch number, sampling period and location. One is for inspection and the other is kept for future reference.
5 Analysis steps
5.1 Determination of appearance
Use national measurement and evaluation.
5.2 Determination of dyeing color and intensity
