Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Liquid Receiver for Freon Refrigeration Device Question Content and Scope of Application JB/T 7659.1-95 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and transportation of liquid receivers for Freon refrigeration devices (hereinafter referred to as liquid receivers). This standard applies to liquid receivers with a design pressure not exceeding 2.4MPa and a volume not exceeding 1.0m3 that are supplied separately. Receiver code: horizontal receiver is indicated by WZ, vertical receiver is indicated by LZ. 3.2.2 Model Example WZF0.05: indicates that the internal volume is 0.05m, the first design of the Freon refrigerant horizontal receiver. 3.3 Basic Parameters Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 16, 1995 and implemented on July 1, 1996 Design pressure: 2.4MPa, b. Design temperature: 60℃. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 General requirements JB/T 7659. 1-— The liquid receiver shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. It can also be manufactured according to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer. 4.2 Liquid storage volume The amount of refrigerant liquid filled in the liquid receiver shall not exceed 80% of its actual volume. 4.3 Materials 4.3.1 The materials used to manufacture the pressure-bearing components of the liquid receiver shall have a material certificate. 4.3.2 The materials used for the liquid receiver shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 4.4 Cold and hot processing The cold and hot processing of the liquid receiver shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 4.5 Welding and flaw detection The welding and flaw detection of the liquid receiver shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 4.6 Test plate and test specimen The test plate and test specimen of the liquid storage tank shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 4.7 Parts and components The cylinder, head, support and other parts and components of the liquid storage tank shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 4.8 Safety accessoriesbZxz.net In addition to complying with the provisions of JB/T6917, the safety accessories of the liquid storage tank shall also comply with the following provisions: a. The liquid level gauge and sight glass shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6918. 4.9 Pressure resistance and airtightness requirements The liquid storage tank shall be subjected to pressure test and airtightness test, and the requirements shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 4.10 Cleanliness The inside of the receiver should be clean and dry, and the impurity content of the surface in contact with the refrigerant should not exceed 300mg/m. 4.11 Appearance Quality The receiver should be beautiful and elegant, and the weld surface should be free of cracks, pores, arc pits and slag inclusions. The outer surface should be painted, and the paint layer should be smooth and uniform in color, and there should be no defects that affect the appearance. 4.12 Completeness 4.12.1 The receiver supplied as a complete set should include: a. Refrigerant liquid inlet and outlet joints: Nuts or flanges. According to the design requirements, the receiver may also include: safety device joints and safety devices, refrigerant valve; gas balance joints: pressure gauge joints; liquid level indicator or sight glass; f. Support or saddle. 4.13 Warranty period JB/T 7659.1--95 If the user complies with the provisions of the product manual, the manufacturer shall replace or repair the liquid reservoir free of charge within 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer if the liquid reservoir is damaged or fails to work properly due to poor manufacturing quality. 5 Test method 5.1 Nondestructive testing The method of nondestructive testing of liquid reservoirs shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.2 Pressure resistance and air tightness test The pressure and air tightness test method of the liquid reservoir shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. When the liquid reservoir is equipped with a liquid level indicator or a sight glass, the test pressure of the liquid level indicator and the sight glass shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6918. 5.3 Cleanliness determination The cleanliness determination of the liquid reservoir can refer to the provisions of ZBJ73029. 5.4 Inflatable protection Liquid storage tanks shipped separately should be filled with positive pressure dry nitrogen or specially treated dry air (with a dew point below 30°C) after the test, with a maximum pressure not exceeding 0.1MPa, and should be sealed immediately. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 General requirements Liquid storage tanks should be inspected by the manufacturer's technical inspection department in accordance with this standard and technical documents, and can only be assembled or shipped after passing the inspection. 6.2 Inspection items 6.2.1 Inspection classification The inspection of liquid storage tanks is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.2 Inspection items The inspection items of liquid storage tanks shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1. Type inspection Marking, packaging and transportation 7.1 Marking JB/T7659.1—95 The liquid receiver should be fixed with a label on a conspicuous and flat position. The label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The content marked on the label should include the maximum liquid storage capacity. Other contents can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917. Note: Maximum liquid storage capacity - when expressed in m or L, it is a volume not greater than 80% of the total volume of the liquid receiver; when expressed in kg, it is the weight calculated by 80% of the volume of the liquid receiver and the density of the saturated liquid of the specified refrigerant at 32°C. 7.2 Packaging and transportation 7.2.1 The packaging and transportation of liquid receivers shipped separately can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917. 7.2.2 Liquid storage tanks shall be accompanied by the following factory documents when leaving the factory: product certificate; product quality certificate; completion drawing with design approval stamp and completion stamp; liquid storage tanks shipped separately shall also provide product instructions and packing list.
