Nickel foil made of N6, in hard state, with ordinary precision, with a thickness of 0.03mm and a width of 100mm is marked as: Foil N6Y Ordinary precision 0.03×100GB5190—852 Technical requirements
2.1 Chemical composition
The chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of N2, N4, N6 in YB144—71 "Chemical composition of nickel and nickel alloy processing products" and BMn40-1.5 and BZn15-20 in YB148-71 "Chemical composition of white copper processing products". 2.2 Electrical properties
The resistivity of BMn40-1.5 foil is 0.43~0.53Q·mm2/m at 20℃. 2.3 Surface quality
2.3.1The surface of the foil shall be smooth and clean, and shall not have folds, marks or wear marks. However, slight traces of lubricating oil are allowed on the edges. 2.3.2 The edges of the foil shall not have burrs, notches or cracks. 2.3.3 Both ends of the foil roll shall be neat and clean, without engravings, pits or dirt. The surface of the foil shall not have defects that exceed the allowable thickness deviation. 2.3.4
2.3.5 For foils with a thickness of 0.02mm or less, individual small pinholes are allowed when observed with the naked eye against light, but they shall not form strips or local accumulations.
2.3.6 For foils with a width of not more than 100mm, slight oxidation color is allowed, but it shall not exceed 20% of the total number of rolls. For foils with a width of more than 100mm, oxidation color is allowed on the edges. 3 Test methods
3.1 The chemical composition of the foil is determined by arbitration analysis method: N2, N4, N6 shall be carried out in accordance with YB128-76 "Chemical analysis method for nickel"; BZn15~20 shall be carried out in accordance with YB595-65 "Chemical analysis method for white copper B0.6, B19, B30 and zinc white copper BZn15-20"; BMn40-1.5 shall be carried out in accordance with the method agreed by both parties.
3.2 The resistivity test of the foil shall be carried out in accordance with GB3248--82 "Determination method for resistivity of copper-nickel and its alloys". 3.3 The surface quality of the foil shall be checked with the naked eye. 3.4 The thickness of the foil shall be measured with a micrometer or a lever micrometer, and the width shall be measured with a steel ruler or a vernier caliper. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 Inspection and acceptance
4.1.1 The foil shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 4.1.2 The purchaser may inspect the received products. If the inspection results do not conform to the provisions of this standard, the purchaser shall report the internal quality to the supplier within two months from the date of receipt of the product, and the external dimensions and surface quality shall be reported to the supplier within ten days from the date of receipt of the product, and the two parties shall negotiate to resolve the problem. 4.2 Batches
The foil shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of the same brand, specification and state. The batch weight shall not exceed 2000kg. 4.3 Inspection items
Each batch of foil shall be inspected for chemical composition, electrical properties, external dimensions and surface quality. 4.4 Sampling location and sampling quantity
4.4.1 For the analysis of chemical composition, one sample shall be randomly selected from each batch of products (the manufacturer is allowed to report the analysis results of ingots). 4.4.2 For the sampling of resistivity test, two samples shall be randomly selected from each batch of finished foil for testing. 4.4.3 For the foil, a sample of 3 to 5 meters in length shall be taken from each roll for dimensional measurement and surface quality inspection. 4.5 Repeated test
Even if one sample fails the test, double the sample should be taken from the batch to retest the failed item. If one sample still fails the retest, the whole batch shall be scrapped or tested roll by roll, and the qualified ones shall be accepted in a separate batch. 167
5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
5.1 Marking
GB 5190-85
The packaging box marking of foil shall comply with the provisions of YB730-70 "General Methods for Packaging, Marking, Transportation and Storage of Heavy Nonferrous Metal Processing Products". Labels shall be affixed to the qualified foil rolls, indicating: a.
Supplier name,
Product name, brand, state and specification, c.
Product batch number.
5.2 Packaging, transportation and storage
The packaging regulations are as follows:
5.2.1.1 The foil must be wound on a plastic or other material liner with an inner diameter of 32 to 40 mm. The length of the liner is equal to the width of the foil, and the allowable deviation is +2mm.
5.2.1.2 The foil must be rolled tightly on the liner and should not be loose when the coil moves. 5.2.1.3 The diameter of the foil roll should not be less than 70mm, and the number of sheets per roll should not be more than 8. The rolled foil should be wrapped with thin paper and plastic film.
5.2.1.4 Packing of foil: The wooden box is lined with moisture-proof paper and filled and plugged with soft objects to prevent movement. The words or signs such as "moisture-proof" and "handle with care" are marked on the outside of the box, and it is tied tightly with packaging tape. The gross weight of the wooden box should not exceed 50kg, and the gross weight of the container should not exceed 600kg. 5.2.2 During transportation and storage, it should be protected from collision, moisture and corrosion by active chemical substances. 5.2.3 When storing foil, the wooden boxes should be removed first, and then the foil rolls should be stored on the shelves in the dry warehouse. 5.3 Quality Certificate
Each batch of foil should be accompanied by a quality certificate, indicating: supplier name,
product name,
product brand, specification, status and processing accuracy: batch number, batch weight and number of pieces;
various analysis and inspection results and the stamp of the technical supervision department; this standard number,
packaging date.
