1 General provisions
1.0.1 This standard is specially formulated to unify the technical requirements for engineering surveying in the construction of beach oil and gas fields, provide correct surveying and mapping data for engineering construction in a timely and accurate manner, and ensure that the quality of the results and drawings meets the requirements of engineering design and construction in the development stage of beach oil and gas fields.
10This specification is applicable to the surveying and mapping work in the engineering design and construction stages of beach oil and gas fields: its contents include I, engineering level plane control, national level 4 and below elevation control, 1:.500~~1:10000 beach topography survey, water depth survey, engineering mapping and construction survey, line survey, etc.
1.0.3Before the start of the project, the technical requirements of the entrusting unit for surveying and mapping work should be understood, and the existing qualified data should be collected, analyzed and used to conduct on-site surveys: formulate economically reasonable technical plans: write technical design books or survey outlines; during engineering surveys, the quality inspection of internal and external works should be strengthened; inspection and acceptance should be carried out at the end of the project, and the compilation of data collation and technical summaries should be done well.
1.0.4For surveying instruments and tools, regular metrological verification, timely inspection and correction, and enhanced maintenance must be carried out.
1.05This specification uses the mean error as the standard for measuring accuracy, and the double mean error as the limit error.
1.0.6 The basic accuracy shall comply with the following provisions
1.0.6.1. The mean error of the weakest point of the surface control network (relative to the starting point of each network) shall be stipulated as follows according to the needs of the mapping scale [1) The mapping area with a scale greater than 1:500 (including 1:500) shall not exceed 5cm;
(2) The mapping area with a scale less than 1:500 shall not exceed 10c111. 1.0.6.2 The mean difference in elevation of the weakest point (relative to the starting point) of the fourth-order elevation control network shall not exceed 3cm1
1.0.6.3 The surface accuracy of the topographic map shall comply with the following regulations: () The mean error of the position of the feature point relative to the adjacent basic point on the map shall not exceed 0.6mm, and the mean error of the distance between adjacent feature points on the map shall not exceed 0.5m m (2) In water depth measurement, the mean error of the positioning point shall not exceed 1.511111.0.6.4 The elevation accuracy of the topographic map shall comply with the following provisions: (1) The mean error of the elevation annotation point on the paved ground relative to the adjacent control point: 1:500~1:2000 mapping shall not exceed 9cm11:5000 mapping shall not exceed cm
(2) The mean error of the elevation annotation point relative to the adjacent control point: 1:500~1:2000 mapping shall not exceed 16cm1m11:5000 mapping shall not exceed 25cm:
(3) In water depth measurement, the mean error of depth measurement shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.0.6. Provisions for mean error of depth measurement (m)
Mean error
Note: The mean error, closed error, limit error and relative error in the tables, formulas and text descriptions of this specification are all positive values.
1 The adopted datum shall comply with the following provisions
1.0.7.1 The selected plane coordinate system shall be consistent with the terrestrial coordinate system and shall adopt the 1954 Beijing coordinate system or the 1980 Xi'an coordinate system. Its parameters shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The 1954 Beijing coordinate system adopts the Ktesovsky earth spherical parameters, i.e. the major radius is 63.78245m and the flattening is 1/298.3; (2) The 1980 Xi'an coordinate system shall adopt a set of data recommended by the International Union of Geodesy and Geophysics (IUGG) in 1975, i.e. the major radius is (6378140±5m: the angular velocity of the earth's rotation is 7292115×10-r ad/s, the gravitational constant is (3986005±5)×10*m/s2, the dynamic shape factor is (108263±1)×10, and the fan rate is 1298257:
1.0.7.2 The elevation system should adopt the 1985 national elevation datum. The built offshore oil and gas fields can continue to use the original elevation system and gradually improve to a unified elevation datum through joint surveys.
1.0.7.3 The survey of offshore topographic maps should adopt the land elevation system or use the 1985 national elevation datum and the theoretical lowest tide level as the depth datum according to the map usage characteristics. When the theoretical lowest tide level is used as the depth datum, the height of the depth datum should be calculated from the local average sea level, and it should be consistent with the national elevation level. Once the depth datum is determined and used in regular water depth measurement, it shall not be changed. 1.08 The surface control measurement adopts the unified Gaussian conformal projection plane rectangular coordinates. 1:500-1:5000 should choose 1.5° or 3 zones: 1:5000~1:10000 should choose 3" or 6° zones. bzxz.net
When the projection length deformation value is greater than 2.5cm/km, the Gaussian conformal projection three-degree zone or arbitrary zone plane rectangular coordinate system is used: the projection surface can use the 1985 national height datum,
1.0.91:50001=10000 scale topographic map division should be carried out according to the current national specifications, but according to the use of beach oil and gas fields The map features can be divided into square or rectangular sections using any plane rectangular coordinate system. The drawing format specifications, icon stamps and tables of the
base, site topographic map and line engineering survey shall comply with the provisions of the "Petroleum Engineering Drawing Standards" and "Petroleum Surface Engineering Design Document Preparation Regulations". The
