1 Scope
Rules for factory acceptance of boiler materials
JR/T3375—2002
This standard specifies the basic requirements for factory acceptance of boiler materials by steel furnace manufacturers, except for those otherwise specified in the order contract. This standard is applicable to the main core materials for fixed boilers, including: boiler guard pliers, boiler guard pliers, mold pins (No. 25 and above), steel (for manufacturing tie rods (suspenders with a diameter of 4m and above), structural steel plates (for manufacturing large plate beams, called plates) and welding materials (including rods, welding wires, flux-cored wires and fluxes). Other materials for fixed boilers may refer to the provisions of the standard for factory acceptance. 2 Normative references

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1

4.1 The boiler manufacturer shall verify the quality certificates and marks of all the boiler materials used in the factory. 4.2 The boiler manufacturer shall determine the inspection items in accordance with this standard, material production standards and the provisions of the order contract. 4.3 The boiler manufacturer shall report the needs of the product in the design and manufacturing, and list the supplementary requirements and additional requirements in the order contract as inspection items.
4.4 For materials with complete certificates and confirmed quality, the boiler manufacturer's quality management department shall propose 1, and the inspection items and the inspection quantity may be appropriately reduced or increased after approval by the technical person in charge of the factory. 5 Verification of material quality certificates and marks
