4 Marine economic operation monitoring and evaluation standard system structure 4.1 Hierarchical division and numbering
4.1.1 Hierarchical division
4.1.1.1 According to the provisions of GB/T13016, combined with the characteristics of marine economic operation monitoring and evaluation work, the marine economic operation monitoring and evaluation standard system is divided into two levels:
The first level is the general standard for marine economic operation monitoring and evaluation: The second level is the lower level of the first level, that is, the general standard for each category. 4.1.1.2 The general standard for each category of the marine economic operation monitoring and evaluation standard system is divided into four aspects: marine economic operation monitoring;
marine economic evaluation;
marine economic system construction;
marine economic business management.
4.1.2 Numbering
The level and sequence numbering of the marine economic operation monitoring and evaluation standard system adopts a two-section format, connected by the "" symbol in the middle, and the level number before the "" symbol:
The first level number is represented by an Arabic numeral "1"; -The second level number is represented by two Arabic numerals "21" to "24".
