4.1 Formal Shipping Name of Dangerous Goods
A.1.1 The formal shipping name of dangerous goods shall be the Chinese name translated from the English name in the Dangerous Goods List of the United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (15th Edition). The formal shipping name of the chemical substances listed at the end of the list shall, in principle, be in accordance with the systematic naming principles determined by the "Principles of Inorganic Chemical Nomenclature" and the "Beijing Rules of Organic Chemical Nomenclature" formulated by the Chinese Chemical Society.
4.1.2 In any of the following cases, a commercial name or customary name widely used internationally or domestically may be used as the formal name used in transportation. For pesticides, the common names of the International Organization for Standardization, other names in the classification and classification criteria for pesticide hazards proposed by the World Health Organization, or the names of active ingredients shall be used. 4.12.1 When the name determined according to the above-mentioned systematic naming principles is too complicated, the commonly used commercial name may be used as the official name in the market.

This note may be omitted only if there is no confusion. 4.2.3 For "not otherwise specified" general entries, if the cargo is a pure substance, its proper shipping name must be supplemented by the technical name of the pure substance, except for controlled substances whose disclosure is prohibited by national law or international convention: the technical name of the pure substance must be written in parentheses immediately after the proper shipping name,

4.3 Name of mixtures or solutions
4.3. A mixture or solution listed in the Dangerous Goods List contains a name listed in the Dangerous Goods List. If the hazard class or packing group of the mixture or solution is the same as that of the goods of the same name, its shipping name is the name of the dangerous goods plus the qualifier "mixture" or "liquid". The concentration of the mixture or solution may also be stated. If the hazard class or packing group of the mixture or solution changes, it must be expressed by the most appropriate general (not otherwise specified) name. For example: 5% acetone solution, or methanol solution. 4.3.2 For the general term "otherwise specified", if the goods are a mixture or solution and contain one kind of dangerous goods, the qualitative "mixture" or "solution" must be added, and the concentration of the mixture or solution may also be stated. When a mixture or solution contains two or more dangerous goods, the names of the two substances that constitute the main dangerous components should be marked in parentheses.
