Technical requirements
The mechanical properties and chemical composition of the metal material of the cladding layer shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding standards. Its hardness value shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 5.0.15. 0. 1

5.0.2The thickness of the coating metal material shall not be less than 0.25mmHardness HB.um
5.0.3The filling material is asbestos rubber sheet, and its technical performance index shall comply with the provisions of XB350 of GB3985. If the purchaser has special needs, other suitable materials may also be used: but it should be noted when ordering5.0.4The coating metal material adopts a whole metal plate. If splicing is required, the number of splicing joints shall not exceed 3. The plate edge at the joint should be cut into 45\, and argon arc welding or gas welding should be adopted. The joint weld must be polished flush with the material. The weld is subjected to cold bending test according to the provisions of GB232. The bending radius is 1.5mm and the bending degree is 180°. The filling material shall be filled evenly with materials of the same sequence, and the thickness shall be uniform over the entire section. The gasket shall be flat and smooth, and the surface shall not have radial penetration scratches, indentations and uneven defects that affect the sealing performance. The compression rate, rebound rate, stress relaxation rate and sealing leakage rate of the gasket shall comply with the provisions of GB/T15601. 6
Marking and Packaging
6.0.1 Gaskets shall be packed according to specifications and materials and shall be accompanied by a product quality inspection certificate upon delivery. Each gasket shall be labeled with the contents specified in 6.0.2.
