Fill the sample to 3/4 of the 1/3L paint can and seal it. After storing at 23±2℃ for 48h, open the cover and check whether there is any skinning.
5 Inspection rules
5.1All technical indicators listed in this standard are type inspection items. Except for flash point, recoatability, construction performance, anti-skinning, and the state in the container, which are inspected once a month, the rest are factory inspection items. 5.2 The product shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the technical requirements of this standard. The product shall have a certificate of conformity and, if necessary, instructions for use and precautions. 5.3 The receiving department has the right to inspect the product according to the provisions of this standard. If the quality is found to be inconsistent with the technical indicators of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample and re-test according to GB3186. If it still does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the product is unqualified and the receiving department has the right to return it.
5.4 The product is sampled according to GB3186, and the sample should be divided into two parts, one sealed and stored for reference, and the other for inspection. 5.5 The supply and demand parties shall check and verify the product packaging and quantity. If the packaging is leaking or the quantity is inconsistent, the relevant departments shall be notified in time.
5.6 If there is a dispute between the supply and demand parties over product quality, the product quality supervision and inspection agency shall perform arbitration inspection. 6 Packaging, marking, transportation and purchase and storage

Construction reference
(reference)
A1 Construction is mainly by brushing, but it can also be sprayed. If the paint is too thick, add No. 200 solvent oil and turpentine to adjust it. Stir the paint thoroughly before use. If there is paint skin and coarse particles, it must be filtered. A2
A3 The paint contains organic solvents such as No. 200 solvent oil and xylene, which is a flammable liquid and has certain toxicity. The construction site should pay attention to ventilation, take measures such as fire prevention, anti-static, safety, and prevention of poisoning, and comply with the safe operation procedures and relevant regulations for coating operations.
