4.10 A spring washer should be installed in the assembly round head, and there should be a structure to ensure the normal operation of the spring washer, or other anti-falling measures should be taken. The wood screw hole must be a countersunk hole.
The coating surface should have a uniform color. Qualified products should not have obvious defects such as exposed bottom, sagging, wrinkles, etc., and first-class products should have no defects. 4.13
Coating adhesion? Qualified products should not be lower than level 3, and first-class products should not be lower than level 2. 4.14
The galvanized layer should be smooth and uniform, and should not have defects such as exposed bottom, peeling, rust, etc. Corrosion resistance of zinc coating: After 12h test, qualified products shall not be lower than Grade 8, and first-class products shall not be lower than Grade 9. 5 Test method
5.1 Measure the size of the specification in 4.1 with the corresponding measuring tool. 5.2 Measure the thickness of the material in 4.2 with the corresponding measuring tool. 5.3 Check the quality guarantee for the spring material in 4.3. 5.4 Measure the diameter of the spring material in 4.4 with the corresponding measuring tool. 5.5 Test for reliable matching in 4.5: Use the adjusting rod to turn the adjuster to the specified value in Table 4, and the spring shall not fail. 5.6 Test for tensile force of double tube in 4.6: Install the test piece on the tensile machine according to Figure 4 and bear the tensile force in the P direction to the specified value. If other anti-falling measures are adopted, a special testing machine is used for testing. The testing machine is installed with a single spring hinge, the door leaf weighs 20 to 25kg, it is opened by external force and closed automatically, the opening frequency is 10 to 15 times/min, the number of openings reaches 2000 times, and the round head should not fall off. 5.11 for 4.11 The appearance quality of the countersunk holes in 4.12, the coating in 4.14 and the galvanized layer in 4.15 shall be visually inspected. 5.12 Test of the adhesion of the coating in 4.13: Conduct according to GB/T1720. 5.13 Test of the corrosion resistance of the galvanized layer in 4.15: Conduct the test in accordance with GB5938 and evaluate in accordance with GB5944. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Products must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer before they can be shipped. 6.1.2 Factory inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. Special inspection level S-3, normal inspection-~ sampling plan, inspection items and qualified quality level (AQL) are specified in Table 9. Table 9

6.1.3 For the inspection of the mark in Article 7.1 and the packaging in Article 7.2, the two packaging boxes sampled shall be qualified. If one fails, double the sampling. If all are qualified, it shall be judged as a qualified batch. If there are still unqualified ones, it shall be judged as an unqualified batch. 6.2 Type inspection
When encountering one of the following situations, type inspection shall be carried out. Trial determination and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance, the product shall be stopped for half a year and then resumed; for products in normal production, it shall be carried out no less than once a year. Type inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2829, using the discrimination level 1 and one-time sampling plan. Samples are drawn from qualified products of factory inspection. The inspection items, judgment array, number of samples and unqualified quality level (RQL) are specified in Table 10. Table 10

7 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
7.1 Marking

During transportation, the product shall be protected from impact, rain, moisture and corrosion by chemicals. 7.4 Storage
