GB5149—B5
Not more than, %
: The number of the two apertures is the size of each side of the mesh, which is the screening degree. "Material, negative electron small lower material. Issued by the National Bureau of Standards on May 8, 1915
Implementation on February 1, 1986
2 Technical requirements
Magnesium powder is silvery white, and the particle shape is diamond. 2.1wwW.bzxz.Net
Magnesium powder should be free of foreign inclusions and powder lumps.
The particle size of magnesium powder should comply with the provisions of Table 1.
GB 5149-6
The bulk density of magnesium powder shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 2.4
The chemical composition of magnesium powder shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. No.

3.1The determination of particle size shall be carried out in accordance with GB4108-83 "Determination of particle size composition of magnesium powder and aluminum-magnesium alloy powder--Sieving method". 3.2The determination of bulk density shall be carried out in accordance with GB4107-83 "Determination of bulk density of magnesium powder--Scott volumetric method".
3.8The analysis method of chemical composition shall be in accordance with the relevant regulations of GB4374.1~4374.8-84 "Chemical analysis method of magnesium powder and aluminum-magnesium alloy powder".
4 Inspection rules
GB 514885
4.1 Magnesium powder shall be inspected and accepted by the technical supervision department of the supplier and ensure that it complies with the provisions of this standard. 4.2 The purchaser may inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the inspection results do not comply with the provisions of this standard, the purchaser shall submit the matter to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supplier and the purchaser shall negotiate to resolve the issue. If arbitration is required, the purchaser and the supplier shall jointly take samples at the purchaser. 4. Magnesium powder shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of magnesium powder of the same brand. The batch weight shall not exceed 5000kg. If the purchaser has special requirements for the batch weight, it may negotiate with the supplier.
4.4 Each metal barrel containing powder shall be inspected for sealing and appearance. 4.5 10% of the barrels (but not less than 2 barrels) of each batch of magnesium powder shall be sampled for appearance inspection. Samples shall be taken from the upper, middle and lower parts of each barrel with a sampling shovel and a sampling needle to inspect the particle size, bulk density and chemical composition. 4. Mix the samples carefully and take out the average sample, the mass of which shall not be less than 250g. 4.7 Divide the average sample into two equal parts, one for inspection and analysis, and the other in a tightly sealed container, and hand it over to the laboratory for sealing for five months for future reference.
4.8 When the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch shall be re-tested with double the number of barrels for the items that do not meet the requirements of this standard. If the re-test results still do not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch shall be unqualified. However, it can be inspected barrel by barrel, and the qualified ones shall be submitted for acceptance. 6 Packaging, marking, transportation, storage
5.1 Magnesium powder shall be packaged in aluminum barrels, iron barrels or other materials. The barrels with special requirements shall be lined with plastic bags (the bag mouth shall be tied after the powder is loaded). The barrels filled with powder shall be sealed and then loaded into flower fence boxes or closed boxes (except iron barrels). The total weight shall not exceed 50kg. 5.2 The aluminum barrels or iron barrels shall be strong and sealed (able to withstand the pressure test of 200mm water column). The outer surface of the packaging barrel made of black iron sheet shall be painted, and the inner surface shall be coated with aluminum powder.
5.a Mark on each barrel with paint:
. Supplier name or trademark
b. Product brand,
c.Batch number:
d.Total weight and net weight #
This standard number:
Production date,
Mark "flammable" and "moisture-proof" on each barrel. 5.4
Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a certificate of quality, indicating: a.
Supplier name
Product brand,
Batch number:
Number of pieces and net weight:
Inspection results:
This standard number!
Factory date.
5.5 Magnesium powder shall be transported by boxcar or container. 5.6
Magnesium powder should be stored in a dry warehouse.
