All metal parts that need to be polished shall be polished, with neat and beautiful surface textures. Obvious black spots, burns, scratches, indentations and other defects are not allowed. Cracks, cracks, gaps and other defects are not allowed. 4.6 For polished chrome-plated parts, the coating shall not fall off, darken, be rough and uneven, and the surface shall be bright. The design and manufacture of the product shall comply with the provisions of GB12073. 4.7 The roundness tolerance of the body is 4 mm. The tank body weld shall be subjected to a tightness test and a pressure test. The test pressure is 0.15MPa. 4.10 When the tank body, valve body, instrument, etc. are connected to other parts, they must be tight and there must be no leakage. The noise of the whole machine shall not exceed the sound pressure level of 85dB(A). The insulation resistance of the whole machine shall not be less than 2MQ, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 0.2Q. 5 Test methods 5.1 Tightness test of tank weld Clean the inspectable side of the weld, apply white powder slurry, dry it, and apply kerosene on the other side of the weld to make the surface sufficiently wetted. After 30 minutes, if there is no oil on the white powder, it is qualified. 5.2 Pressure test of tank weld and valve body Perform according to the provisions of Article 10.9.4 of GB150, and the test pressure is 0.15MPa. 5.3 Noise Test according to the provisions of ZBJ50004, and the results should meet the provisions of Article 4.11. 5.4 Vacuum degree of milk suction, milk suction volume and milk suction time each time Under normal operation of the equipment, when the vacuum degree reaches 53~67kPa, open the feed valve, and use a stopwatch to measure the time required to suck 300L of pre-weighed milk. The result should meet the provisions of Article 4.1. 5.5 Insulation resistance Measured between the motor output terminal and the housing with a 500V megohmmeter, the result shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.12. 5.6 Grounding resistance Measured between the housing of the vacuum milk sucking tank and the grounding terminal with an ohmmeter, the result shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.12. 5.7 Other items are tested in accordance with conventional methods. 6 Inspection rules Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection 6.2.1 Each product shall be inspected and qualified according to the provisions of Articles 4.2~4.10 before it can be shipped, and documents proving the quality of the product shall be attached. 6.2.2 One unit of each batch of products shall be randomly selected for no-load vacuum test, and the vacuum degree shall reach 67kPa. At the same time, 4.11 and 4.12 shall be inspected and required to comply with the provisions of this standard. If one of the inspections fails, the batch of products shall be inspected one by one. 6.3 Type inspection is required in the following cases. Finalization appraisal after the trial production of new products is completed; a. Once every three years during normal production; Re-manufacturing after three years of suspension of production; : When there are major changes in product structure, process, and materials that may affect product performance; d. If it still fails, the inspection will be considered as failure. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Marking 7.1.1 Product marking A label must be fixed on the front of the vacuum pump, which includes: a. Packaging markings should comply with the provisions of GB/T191. 7.2 Packaging 7.2.1 Product packaging shall comply with the provisions of JB/T2759. 7.2.2. Each product shall be provided with the following documents: a. Instruction manual; Product certificate: Packing list. The above documents shall be placed in a moisture-proof container. 7.3 Transportation The packaging box of the vacuum milk pump shall not be hit during transportation. 7.4 Storage It shall be stored in a clean and dry warehouse to avoid coexistence with chlorides. 8 Quality Assurance If the user abides by the storage and use rules, within twelve months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality (except for wearing parts), the manufacturer shall repair and replace the product and parts for the user free of charge.
