Some standard content:

GB/T 2679.6—1996
This standard is revised according to the international standard ISO7263:1985 "Corrugated core paper GB2679.6-81", and its technical content is equivalent to that of the international standard. This standard changes the technical content of GB2679.6-81 as follows: "Determination of flat compressive strength of corrugated core after laboratory corrugation" changes the standard name from "Determination of flat compressive strength of corrugated core" to "Determination of flat compressive strength of corrugated base paper"; the heating temperature of the fluting instrument is changed from (177±8)℃ to (175±8)℃; - Added the test method under the atmospheric conditions of 23℃ and 50% relative humidity; under the atmospheric conditions of -20℃ and 65% relative humidity, the temperature and humidity treatment time of the sample after corrugation is changed from 30min to 60min. This standard will replace GB2679.6--81 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed by the China Light Industry General Association.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Papermaking Industry. This standard was drafted by the China Pulp and Paper Industry Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Zhang Qingwen and Ji Houli. This standard was first issued on August 1, 1981. 274

ISOForeword
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies (ISO members). Usually, the formulation of international standards is carried out by ISO technical committees. Each member interested in a project determined by a technical committee has the right to send representatives to participate in the technical committee. Official and unofficial international organizations, as long as they are in contact with ISO, can also participate in the work. The draft international standard adopted by the technical committee must be approved by all members before it is recognized as an international standard by the ISO committee. According to ISO guidelines, at least 75% of the members are required to vote in favor. International Standard ISO7263 was developed by ISO/TC6 Technical Committee for Paper, Board and Pulp. 275

3 Terminology
Flat compression strength of corrugated base paper
Under the conditions adopted in this test, the maximum compression force that the sample can withstand before the corrugation collapses. 4 Principle
After corrugating a certain specification of the sample on the fluting instrument, it is taped into a single-sided corrugation, compressed on the compression instrument until the corrugation collapses, and its flat compression strength is measured.
5 Instruments
5.1 Groove Tester
There are two A-type groove wheels, 16mm±1mm wide, 228.5mm±0.5mm outer diameter, one wheel driven by a motor, the wheel speed is 4.5r/min±1.0r/min. Each wheel has 84 teeth, the tooth height is 4.75mm±0.05mm, the tooth peak radius is 1.5mm±0.1mm, and the tooth valley radius is 2.0mm±0.1mm. See Figure 1. The heating temperature is (175±8)℃, and the spring tension is (100±10)N. 5.2 There is a rack equivalent to the shape of a gear, with a width of at least 19mm, 9 teeth, 10 valleys, a tooth spacing of 8.5mm±0.05mm, and a tooth height of 4.75mm±0.05mm. See Figure 3. Another comb plate is at least 19mm wide, has 10 comb teeth, and the tooth height is 2.4mm ± 0.1mm. See Figure 2. A copper plate or steel plate 150mm×25mm×0.8mm. 5.3 Adhesive tape
GB/T 2679.6—1996
The width of the adhesive tape shall be at least 16 mm, with strong adhesion and no debonding during the test. 5.4 Compression instrument
In the range of 20% to 90% of the maximum range, the relative error of the indication should not exceed ±1% (the relative error of the indication below 20% and above 90% of the maximum range is ±2%). The relative change of the indication should not exceed 1%.
The descending speed of the upper pressure plate of the compression instrument is (12.5±2.5) mm/min. When the plates begin to contact, pressure should be applied at a certain speed, and the loading speed is (110±23) N/s or (67±23) N/s. During the operation of the compression instrument, the parallelism error of the upper pressure plate and the lower pressure plate relative to the plane should not exceed 0.05mm or 0.06mm (for the 120mm×120mm plate surface specification).
The compression instrument should not have lateral movement during operation. The measurement stroke is 2.5mm at any measuring position within the movement range of the upper pressure plate, and the movement should not exceed 0.05mm.
6 Calibration of instruments
6.1 Calibration of fluting instrument
Calibration of fluting instrument shall be carried out in accordance with QB/T1061. 6.2 Calibration of compression instrument
Calibration of compression instrument shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2679.8. 7 Collection and preparation of samples
7.1 Collection of samples
Carry out in accordance with GB/T450, and carry out temperature and humidity treatment in accordance with GB/T10739. 7.2 Preparation of samples
Treat to equilibrium under standard atmospheric conditions, and then cut the samples under the same atmospheric conditions. The width of the sample is 12.7mm±0.1mm, the length is 152mm±0.5mm, and the long side is the longitudinal direction of the sample. The number of samples should ensure that 10 valid data can be measured. 8 Test steps
8.1 Start the corrugating equipment and preheat it to (175±8)℃. Then insert the sample vertically into the gap between the two rollers to corrugate the sample. Place the corrugated sample on the rack, press the comb teeth on the sample, place a tape about 120 mm long along the top of the corrugation, press it with a steel plate, carefully remove the comb teeth, remove the sample, and thus produce a sample with 10 corrugations. According to the requirements of the product standard, the compression test should be carried out immediately or after temperature and humidity treatment, and then the compression test should be carried out. If the sample is compressed immediately after corrugation, the time from corrugation to pressure application should be less than 15s. If the sample is subjected to temperature and humidity treatment after corrugation, it should be treated at 23°C and 50% relative humidity for 30 minutes or at 20°C and 65% relative humidity for 60 minutes.
8.2 When performing the compression test, place the sample in the middle of the lower plate of the compression instrument with the surface without tape facing up, and then start compression, and read the maximum force that the sample withstands when the sample is completely crushed. This force value is the flat compressive strength of the sample, expressed in N. If the sample is found to be deflected or detached from any point of the tape during the compression process, the result shall be discarded. 9 Calculation of results
9.1 Take 10 valid data and express the test result as its arithmetic mean. And report the maximum and minimum values. The calculated result is accurate to IN.
The test result can be expressed in the following form:
CMT=350 N
CMTg-250NWww.bzxZ.net
GB/T 2679. 6--- 1996
Here CMT represents the corrugated paper test, and the footnote represents the time from corrugating to compression, expressed in minutes. Calculate the standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the results 9.2
