During the revision, the original standard was shortened and rectified, and the main technical contents were changed. From the date of implementation of this standard, it replaces B/T8296.2—95. This standard is issued and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Mining Machinery. This standard was drafted by: Luoyang Mining Machinery Research Institute, Beijing Zaiyunpian Machinery Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Guo Ming, Yang Xianli, Huang Jialin, Li Xulun, Zhou Yunheng. This standard was first issued as GB4796.2-84 in November 1984 and revised to JB/T8296.2-95 in April 1996. Scope Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Narrow gauge mine car Open wheelset Narrowgaugemine carOpenlype whtelaasemblyWheels JB/T 8296.2—1999 Recommended IB/B296.2—95 This standard specifies the shape, size, technical requirements and hardness and quality inspection requirements for open wheelsets of narrow gauge mine vehicles. The current standard is applicable to the wheels for open wheelsets of small narrow gauge mine vehicles. 2 Shape and size The shape and main dimensions of the wheel shall conform to the requirements of Figure 1 and Table 1. Figure Approved by China Machinery Industry Bureau 1599-06-2 Implementation on 2000-01-01 Wheel pair number I,306, L, 307, L,309 L,3062.L,3072 T. 336, t 357 L 359 , 406. L, 407, L, 409 Technical requirements JB/T 8296.2—1999 3.1 The wheel material is cast steel, and its mechanical properties shall comply with the requirements of Table 2 Table 2 Mechanical properties 3.2 When the wheel is cast by a metal mesh mold, the roundness error of the wheel diameter D shall not be greater than 1mm1: the roundness error of the wheel with tread processing shall not be greater than 0.5mm after heat treatment. 3.3 The wheel cast by the metal bottom mold shall be normalized, and the tread hardness shall not be less than 197HB. The wheel tread of the die casting shall be surface annealed after TT, and the hardness shall not be less than 40HRC. 3.4 The wheel shall have no mesh structure after normalizing, and its grain shall not be greater than 6 mm. 3.5 Requirements for the surface of the finished wheel 3.5,! Small cracks on the top part of the wheel rim can be welded if the length is within 10mm and does not exceed two places. There shall be no cracks in other parts, and they shall not be repaired. 3.5.2 When the following defects occur in the tread, welding repair is not allowed. Within the permitted range, the wheel can be used without repair. a) The total number of air holes, sand holes and entrapments with a diameter and depth less than 3mm shall not exceed six. When the distance between them is more than 30mm but the diameter and depth do not exceed 2m, the distance is unlimited. b) Small and dense surface pinholes and pores with a diameter less than 1mm and a depth not exceeding 2mm shall not exceed 225mm each and the total area shall not exceed 900mm; c) The total length shall not exceed 400mm, the length shall not exceed 2m, and the depth shall not exceed 1mm. 3.5.3 The defects such as second holes and air holes on the inner surface of the wheel hole shall not be welded. If the area is less than 16mm, the depth is less than 3m, and the relative distance is more than 30mm, and there are no more than three defects, the wheel can be used without repair. 3.5.4 The sealing part of the outer cover shall not have defects such as pockets, air holes, shrinkage holes and entrapments. 3.6 The name of the manufacturer and the date of manufacture shall be cast on the wheel. 4 Hardness and grain inspection regulations 4.1 After the wheels are heat treated, 1% (not less than three) of the total wheels in each batch (each furnace) should be sampled for hardness testing, and the hardness value is the average value of different points on the wheel surface. If one fails, it should be tested with double the number of digital displays. If there is another failure, they must be tested one by one. 4.2 After the wheels are heat treated, 5% (not less than) of the total number of wheels in each furnace should be sampled for grain measurement (can be checked by ultrasonic or other methods). If one fails, it should be tested with double the number of digital displays. If there is another failure, they must be tested one by one. 2 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
