6.4.3, lift the weight bowl up and down (the load should not have any impact on the rack when descending), repeat 10 times, remove the weight bowl, and measure the inclination of the rack, which should comply with the provisions of Article 5.13.4.
6.4.4 The protective wire rope is fixed at point B, and the wire rope is passed through the fixed pulley or at a right angle in the Y direction, and the rope end is added with a total load (two standard sections> One-tenth of the weight of the rack) is tested and measured by the method of Article 6.4.3. 6.5 Electric case rack energy test
6.5.1 Running speed test
Within 1m layer distance, measure the running speed of the compact rack with a sand meter, and take the average value after repeated multiple times. 6.5.2 Wire insulation resistance test
Use 500V Megohmmeter is used to test the insulation resistance of the electric compact shelving conductor and the tracking line to the ground. 6.5.3 Safety plate safety operation test
During the operation of the electric compact shelving, randomly touch the safety plate and observe its stopping performance. 6.5.4 Safety lock reliability test
Lock the electric compact shelving in the compact position with the safety lock, and then perform electric and manual operation respectively to observe whether the compact shelving is running.
6.5.5 Noise test
Place a microphone around the running compact shelving Use, each measured surface vertical distance 1m, sound level meter human sound level measurement, 6.6 paint mold adhesion test
according to GB172C provisions.

7.1 Test
DA/T 7 -~ 92
7.1.1 Both manual and electric compact shelving must be inspected by the manufacturer's inspection department before they can leave the factory, and a product inspection certificate and instruction manual will be issued.
7.1.2 The inspection items for manual compact shelving are carried out according to the contents of serial numbers 1 to 5 in Table 5. 7.1.3 The inspection items for electric compact shelving are carried out according to the contents of serial numbers 1 to 57 to 12 in Table 5. 7.1.4 When manual and electric compact shelving are delivered, the ordering department has the right to conduct random inspections on the products. The number of random inspections is per group, and the manual and electric compact shelving are all inspected according to the inspection items.
7.1.5 If the random inspection products meet the requirements of the manufacturer, they will be regarded as the quality of the batch of products; if there are any items that do not meet the requirements, they will be re-inspected twice. If the re-inspection is qualified, the batch of products will be regarded as qualified. If there are still any items that fail to meet the requirements after the re-inspection, all the repaired pieces will be re-inspected. 7.2 Type inspection
7.2.1 The manual and electric compact shelving shall be subject to type inspection under the following conditions: new products to be trial-produced;
h, when the interval is more than half a day:
center. When the product has major political changes in materials, technology, design, etc.; d. When the continuous production is carried out, it shall be carried out not less than once a year. 7.2.2 The products to be type inspected shall be randomly collected from the qualified products, and the number of samples shall be one-half of the number of samples to be inspected. 7.2.3 The items of type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the contents of Table 5 No. 1~5, 13~-16 for the manual compact shelving, and all the contents listed in Table 5 for the electric compact shelving.
