The compressed air used is dry and clean air that has been dehydrated and filtered. When oil mist lubrication is required, it should be dry and clean air containing oil mist. 3.1.2 Working pressure Pneumatic rubber seals can work under the condition that the compressed air pressure of the pneumatic system is not more than 2.5MPa. 3.1.3 Operating temperature The operating temperature of pneumatic rubber seals is -40~+100℃. 3.1.4 Movement speed When the pneumatic rubber seal is used as a dynamic seal, the movement speed of the moving parts shall not exceed 0.5m/s. 3.2 Material requirements The chemical composition and physical performance indicators of the pneumatic rubber seal materials shall comply with the provisions of GB7038 and GB7039. 3.3 Geometric accuracy The size, geometric accuracy and appearance quality of the seal shall comply with the provisions of GB3452.1 and GB3452.2, and the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China approved on May 7, 1993 and implemented on January 1, 1994 Test methods and inspection rules JB/T6660—1993 The test methods and inspection rules for the chemical composition, physical properties of the seal rubber shall comply with the provisions of GB7038 and GB7039. 4.1 The method and inspection tools for the dimensional accuracy inspection of the seal shall comply with the provisions of GB5720 and GB9880. 4.2 4.3 Pneumatic rubber seals shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and shall be accompanied by a product certificate. 4.4 When conducting performance tests and reliability tests on pneumatic rubber seals, they shall comply with the requirements of Article 3.1 of this standard. 5 Sampling method During random inspection, the sampling method shall be carried out in accordance with GB2828, and the appearance quality and size inspections shall adopt general inspection levels II and I respectively, with an AQL value of 2.5. Special requirements shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 6 Assembly Assembly must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and the provisions of the technical documents. 6.2 Seals that fail the inspection shall not be used for assembly. 6.3 The parts on the parts where the seals pass shall not have sharp corners or burrs, and the orifices and shaft ends shall be chamfered or rounded. 6.4 The seals shall be installed in the grooves in a clean state, without distortion, and grease shall be applied in the grooves or on the seals. If it is necessary to pass through the keyway, shoulder or thread, a special installation tool should be used to avoid damaging the seal. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 The marking, packaging and transportation of pneumatic rubber seals shall comply with the provisions of GB5721. 7.2 The storage of pneumatic rubber seals shall comply with the provisions of GB5722.
