Breakage tipping cranes
Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test and inspection rules for liftgate tipping cranes. This standard applies to cranes that use electromagnetic suction cups to tip over liftgates (hereinafter referred to as cranes). 2 Reference standards
JB/T7688.1 Technical conditions for metallurgical cranes General requirements JB/T7688.2 Technical conditions for metallurgical cranes Open-hearth charging bridge cranes JB/T7688.6 Technical conditions for metallurgical cranes Integral-mold cranes 3 Technical requirements
Except for the following requirements, other technical requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T7688.1. 3.1 Environmental conditions
The minimum working environment temperature of the crane is -5°C and the maximum is not more than 105°C. 3.2 Performance in Use
JB/T7688.9—95
The rated lifting capacity of the crane does not include the mass of the electromagnetic chuck. It only refers to the maximum weight when the plate is sucked on any plane and can be smoothly turned 180°.
3.3 Main Components
3.3.1 Guide Frame and Guide Rod
The materials of the guide frame and guide rod of the crane shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3 of JB/T7688.1. 3.3.2 Trolley Frame
3.3.2.1 The outer diameter tolerance of the slewing circular track on the lower trolley frame shall not be less than h12 grade. 3.3.2.2 On the lower trolley frame, the coaxiality error of the upper and lower circular tracks shall not be greater than 2m. 3.3.3 Electromagnetic chuck
Electromagnetic chuck shall meet the following requirements:www.bzxz.net
An electromagnetic chuck suitable for checking and cleaning the front and back of the steel plate shall be used, and the steel plate shall be turned 180° by strong directional magnetic force; when turning over the hot plate plate, its temperature shall not exceed 600C; safe and reliable, and flexible to turn over.
3.4 Assembly
3.4.1 The connection requirements between the guide frame and the upper trolley frame shall comply with Article 3.5.1 of JB/T7688.2. 3.4.2 The requirements for the guide frame and the guide rod shall comply with the relevant provisions of Articles 3.5.2 to 3.5.5 of JB/T7688.2. 3.4.3 The height difference between the three slewing support points and the bottom surface of the upper trolley frame shall not exceed 2mm3.4.4 The relative difference between the four running trolley wheel support points and the top surface of the circular track on the lower trolley frame shall not exceed 2mm. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 16, 1995 586
Implemented on July 1, 1996
JB/T 7688.9--95
3.4.5 The fixation of the reducer and open gear for the slewing mechanism to the foundation base shall comply with the requirements of Article 3.5.8 of JB/T7688.2. 3.4.6 The requirements for the cable drum and the slewing collector shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3.5 of JB/T7688.6. 3.5 Safety
3.5.1 The lifting mechanism shall be provided with a lower limit position limiter. 3.5.2 When the guide rod slewing mechanism adopts cable conduction, a slewing limiter shall be provided to prevent the cable from being tangled or pulled off. 3.6 Lubrication
Point lubrication is recommended for the upper trolley, and centralized lubrication is recommended for the mechanism in the guide frame. The guide rail or slide plate of the guide rod shall be lubricated with dry oil.
4 Test
4.1 In addition to the provisions of Article 4.1 of JB/T7688.1, the visual inspection of the crane shall also include inspection of the guide frame, guide rod system and plate turning device.
4.2 Qualification test
During the test, the load shall be gradually increased to the rated lifting weight, and the action test and test in each direction shall be carried out at the standard voltage and rated speed of the motor. In addition to verifying the contents specified in Article 4.2 of JB/T7688.1, the contents specified in Table 1 shall also be verified. Table 1
Item name
Guide rod rotation speed
Rotation limiter
4.3 Loading capacity test
4.3.1 Static load test
Measurement unit
Required value
According to the design drawings
Accurate and reliable
When the crane is static load tested, load it at 1.25G, and the others are in accordance with Article 4.3.1 of JB/T7688.1. 4.3.2 Dynamic load test
Limit deviation
When the crane is dynamic load tested, load it at 1.1G, and the electromagnetic suction cup can be removed and directly loaded on the hook or ring. Other requirements are in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 4.3.2 of JB/T7688.1. 4.3.3 Electromagnetic suction cup test
The same or similar weight absorption capacity test method as the manufacturer should be adopted, and the test blocks must be connected together. When the suction cup holds any side of the test block, the test block can be turned over 180° smoothly, and the suction capacity shall not be less than the rated value. 5 Inspection rules
According to Chapter 5 of JB/T7688.1.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
According to Chapter 6 of JB/T7688.1.
7 Warranty period
According to Chapter 7 of JB/T7688.1.
