4.1 The product dimensions shall comply with the provisions of 3.1 and 3.2. The powder layer width b

5.1 The product's appearance dimensions are inspected with a micrometer and caliper. The thickness is measured with a micrometer with an accuracy of 0.01mm, and the width is measured with a caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm
5.2 The product appearance is inspected with the naked eye.
The product adsorption characteristic curve shall be inspected in accordance with GB9506.8.5.4
The compression firmness of the getter loading material shall be inspected in accordance with GB9506.10.6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection and acceptance
6.1.1 The product shall be inspected by the supplier's quality supervision department to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard.6.1.2 The buyer may inspect the received products. If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of the standard, the buyer shall submit the inspection to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supplier and buyer shall negotiate to resolve the issue.6.2 Batching
The products shall be submitted for acceptance in batches. Each batch shall consist of products of the same model and specification, and the batch shall not exceed 15kg.
6.3 Sampling
The products shall be sampled and inspected in accordance with GB2828. All inspection items adopt a single sampling plan, the inspection level is S-2, and the qualified quality level AQL is 1.5.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
7.1 The products should be packaged in sealed iron cans or iron boxes filled with dry nitrogen or desiccant, and marked on them: a. Manufacturer name:

7.2 Products packaged in cans or boxes should be packed in paper or wooden outer packaging boxes lined with cushioning materials, and the outer packaging boxes should be marked with:

7.3 The product should be protected from moisture and severe collision during transportation. The packaged products should be stored in an environment with a relative humidity of less than 75%, a temperature below 40C, and a non-corrosive atmosphere. The effective storage period of the product is 1 year. The unsealed product should be used promptly. If it still needs to be stored for a short period of time, it should be stored in a vacuum cabinet or desiccator. 3
