The sprockets on the same transmission shaft must be in the same position and the chains driven must be tightly aligned. 4.8 The paint shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.4. 4.9 The roller can rotate by itself when conveying tomatoes between the selected stations. 4.10 The no-load noise shall not be greater than 85dB(A). 5 Test methods 5.1 Processing capacity Use a stopwatch with a graduation value of 0.1s to measure the time required to process 1t of material, and then convert it into 1h of processing capacity, which shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.2 Electric power consumption Measured with a three-phase power meter with an accuracy of 0.5, the value shall not be greater than the provisions of the installed capacity in Table 1. 5.3 Insulation resistance, grounding resistance Measure the insulation resistance between the motor output terminal and the housing with a 500V megohmmeter with an accuracy of 1.0, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4; between the machine grounding terminal and the housing, measure the grounding resistance with a digital micro-ohmmeter with an accuracy of ±0.0010, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4. 5.4 Noise Tested with a sound level meter with an accuracy of ±1dB according to the provisions of ZBJ50004, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.10. 5.5 Other items shall be inspected by conventional methods such as visual inspection, listening, and touching. 6 Inspection rules Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.1 Factory inspection 6.1.1 Inspection must be carried out before the product leaves the factory. 6.1.2 Each batch of products shall be inspected for manufacturing, assembly, appearance, safety and sanitation, etc. according to the approved product drawings, technical documents and the requirements of 4.1 to 4.10 in the prescribed procedures. 6.1.3 Products may leave the factory only after they have passed the inspection, and shall be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the machine. 6.2 Type inspection 6.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations. Finalization and appraisal of new product trial production or transfer of old product to factory production; a. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials and processes that may affect product performance, b. Once every three years during normal production; d. When the product is resumed after a long-term suspension; e. When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection. 6.2.2 Type inspection shall be conducted by randomly selecting one unit from the qualified products in the factory inspection, and the inspection items shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3 and Chapter 4. Type inspection shall be conducted in the user unit.
