1 Scope

This standard specifies the definition, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of industrial pneumatic devices with instantaneous valves (hereinafter referred to as "pneumatic devices").
This standard applies to linear pneumatic devices for linear motion and rotary pneumatic devices for rotary motion that are matched with industrial valves and require 1360" rotation: There is an electromagnetically controlled pneumatic device. 4.1 Pneumatic displacement structure

4.1.4 Pneumatic devices with a forced impulse mechanism should have a mechanism to adjust the impulse effect from the outside. 4.1.5 Pneumatic devices with a forced impulse mechanism should be able to use the motor to reverse the door when the air source is interrupted. The rated output force or torque of the pneumatic device shall comply with the provisions of G/T12222 and GB/12223. 4.2.1

5 Test method
5.1 Air pressure test
5.1.1 The pneumatic device shall be tested by alternating the pressure specified in Table 2 for water, air, and air. The air is then passed to the atmosphere, and the results of the test shall meet the requirements of 2.2. 2

6 Inspection regulations

7.2 Packaging
