Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T8310.3 1996-04-11 1996-10-01 Ji Kui Wa Art Extreme Ji Jia Xin Kui Lu Wa Art Knife Subject Content and Scope of Application This standard specifies the model, specification, structure and technical requirements of optical cable terminal junction boxes. This standard applies to the connection box for indoor optical cable terminal branch connection. In addition to meeting the requirements of this standard, the optical cable terminal junction box shall also meet the requirements of JB/T8310.1. 2 Reference Standards JB/T 8310.1-96 Optical Cable Connectors Part 1 General 3 Product Representation Method 3.1 Products are represented by model, specification and this standard number. 3.1.1 Model The model of the optical cable terminal junction box consists of three parts: branch code appearance structure code type code (GJZ) The codes of each part are specified in Table 1. Appearance structure 3.1.2 Specifications Can be used for branching Cannot be used for branching Optical cable and pigtail enter and exit from one end Optical cable and pigtail enter and exit from both ends The specifications of the optical cable terminal junction box are classified according to the number of optical fiber cores, such as 6, 12, 18..., etc. 3.2 Example 12 cores, can be used for branching, the optical cable terminal junction box entering and exiting from one end is expressed as: JB/T8310.3—1996www.bzxz.net GJZF1--12 4 Technical requirements 1996-04-11 Tube JB/T8310.31996 1996-10-01 Small cable 4.1 Structure JB/T8310.3 The optical cable terminal junction box should be composed of the following parts or all parts. 4.1.1 Shell External protection device of the terminal junction box. 4. 1. 2 Inner body The general term for the internal components of the terminal junction box should include the following parts. 1996 Fiber storage box: used to store fiber splices and excess length, can store single-core or multi-core fiber splices: optical fiber bending radius should not be less than 35mma. (optical fiber wavelength is 1310nm) or 50mm (optical fiber wavelength is 1550nm): optical cable fixing device: used to fix optical cable; b. pigtail outlet mouth: used for fiber outlet protection and expansion; c. d. Shielded lead wire: used to electrically lead out and ground the armor layer of the optical cable. 4.2 Optical transmission performance The optical power monitored before and after the installation of the optical cable terminal junction box should not change. 4.3 Mechanical properties 4. 3.1 Impact The optical cable terminal junction box allows an impact energy of 3N·m. After the test, there should be no cracks or obvious deformation on the product surface. 4.3.2 Pressure Win The allowed pressure of the optical cable terminal junction box is 500N/10cm. After the test, there should be no cracks and obvious deformation on the product surface. 5 Acceptance rules and test methods 5.1 Factory test The factory test items of the optical cable terminal junction box shall comply with the provisions of Table 3, and the qualified criterion shall be in accordance with 6.2.1 of JB/T8310.1. Table 3 5.2 Type test Inspection items Optical transmission performance Sample plan All products 3% per batch, not less than 3 Type test items, sample quantity and inspection cycle of optical cable terminal distribution boxes shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. Test piece method Article 5.1 of JB/R 8310.1 Article 5.2 of JB/T 8310.1 The order of type test must be strictly in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. When the previous test has failed, the sample is deemed unqualified in the type test and the subsequent test items are not required. Qualified criterion shall be in accordance with the provisions of 6.2.2 of JB/78310.1.
