When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T2075-1998 Classification codes for the use of hard cutting materials for cutting machining, large groups of chip forms and application groups YS/T 79-1994 3 Models and their representation rules 3.1 Models Carbide welding inserts This standard includes inserts for the center teeth, middle teeth, outer teeth and guide blocks of deep hole drills with internal chip removal, which are represented by the following models: E10 type - represents the center teeth of deep hole drills with internal chip removal; E20 type - E30 type - - represents the middle teeth of deep hole drills with internal chip removal;- represents the outer teeth of deep hole drills with internal chip removal: E40 type - represents the guide block of deep hole drills with internal chip removal. 3.2 Model representation rules The model of the insert consists of letters and numbers arranged in a certain order and representing given meanings, and is divided into two parts: a) The first part uses the code specified in 3.1 to represent the name of the insert. b) The second part uses two digits to indicate the width of the blade. When the integer part of the nominal size of the blade width is less than two digits, add a "0\" before the unit digit. 3.3 Model Representation Rules Example indicates the width of the center tooth blade, 09 indicates 9mm for the center tooth indicates the width of the outer tooth blade, 12 indicates 12mm for the outer tooth Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on May 20, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000 4 Type and Size JB/T7904—1999 4.1 The type of carbide insert for E10 type internal chip removal deep hole drill with center tooth is shown in Figure 1, and the size is given in Table 1.
