Normal smell, no moss or insects. 5.1.4 Barnyard millet Light yellow, full and uniform grains, normal smell, no moss or insects. 5.1.5 Manchu liquor yeast Use Jinzhou Daoguang 25 Shuangjiu Manchu liquor yeast. 5.2 Brewing environment Comply with the geographical scope defined by the regulations on the protection of geographical origin. The geographical scope of origin of Jinzhou Daoguang 25 Gongjiu is located in the plain area in the southwest of Liaoning Province, with fertile soil, abundant water resources, cold winter and hot summer, annual average temperature of 9.1℃, annual average frost-free period of 165 days, annual average precipitation of 600mm, and excellent ecological environment, providing good natural conditions for the survival and reproduction of brewing microorganisms. 5.3 Production Technology Requirements Jinzhou Daoguang Ganwugong Liquor adopts a unique process that combines traditional Manchu production and modern biotechnology. It uses sorghum, Huimi, and seed grains as raw materials, and uses Daqu and Fuqu for fermentation. The winemaking process uses high temperature moistening, air drying and stacking, cellar mud sealing, brick cellar fermentation, honey wine vinegar layered slow distillation, segmented quantity and quality wine picking, and three typical wine people's wine seas for more than three years.
