1 Scope
Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Technical Conditions for Metallurgical Cranes
Casting Cranes
Specification for ladle cranes This standard specifies the technical requirements, test and inspection rules for casting cranes, JB/T7688.15-1999
Replaces JB6129--92
This standard applies to casting cranes whose main lifting mechanism pick-up device is a lifting beam with two laminated hooks and whose auxiliary lifting mechanism pick-up device is a hook. The same or similar parts in other casting cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes) can also be used for reference. 2 Referenced Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by being referenced in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T699-1988 Technical conditions for high-quality carbon structural steel GB/T14407-1993 Technical conditions for cabs of general-purpose bridge and gantry cranes JB/T7688.1-1995 Technical conditions for metallurgical cranes General requirements 3 Technical requirements bZxz.net
Except for the following requirements, other technical requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions in JB/T7688.1. 3.1 Environmental conditions
The minimum working environment temperature of the crane is -10°C and the maximum is not more than 106°C. 3.2 Performance
3.2.1 The rated lifting capacity of the crane is the sum of the mass of the lifted ladle and the molten steel. 3.2.2 The hook of the first auxiliary lifting mechanism is used in conjunction with the main hook to dump molten steel, steel slag and lift objects separately. 3.2.3 It is advisable to use a main lifting mechanism with a 4-wire rope winding system, so that the heavy object can still be placed on the ground when one or two wire ropes on the diagonal line break.
3.3 Main Components
3.3.1 When the reducer adopts ratchet and pawl devices, it shall meet the following requirements. 3.3.1.1 The number of pawls shall not be less than 4, and the number of ratchet teeth shall not be less than 20. 3.3.1.2 The material of the ratchet and its fixed shaft shall not be lower than 45 steel in GB/T699, and its surface hardness shall not be lower than 45HRC. 3.3.2 Lifting Beam
3.3.2.1 A heat insulation device shall be provided under the lower flange plate of the lifting beam. The movable pulley with wire rope wrapped at both ends shall have a protective cover. 3.3.2.2 When the lifting beam is equipped with a sensor of a weighing device, the sensor shall be provided with a reliable heat insulation device. 3.3.3 The main hook hoist shall adopt a laminated plate hook and shall meet the following requirements. 3.3.3.1
The material of the hook plate shall not be lower than Q235-C steel, or 16Mn steel. The rolling direction of the hook material should be consistent with the hook length direction. 3.3.3.2
Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 28, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000
JB/T7688.15—1999
3.3.3.3 After the hooks are stacked and connected, the gap should not be greater than 0.5mm, and they should not be loose after being tightened. 3.3.3.4 A wear-resistant protective saddle should be provided at the hook mouth. 3.3.4 A closed driver's cab should be used, and the relevant provisions of GB/T14407 should be met. 3.4 Assembly
3.4.1 When the reducer adopts a ratchet and pawl device, the ratchet and pawl should be able to rotate flexibly after installation. The pawl should be close to the ratchet teeth, and the pawl fixing shaft should be locked.
3.4.2 The installation deviation of the stacked hook should comply with the following provisions. 3.4.2.1 The limit deviation of hook distance L is shown in Table 1. Table 1
Hook distance 1
Limit deviation
>5~6
3.4.2.2 The working surfaces of the two hooks should be kept horizontal, and the relative height difference should not be greater than 21/1000, and the maximum value should not exceed 10mm. 3.5 Safety and hygiene
3.5.1 The main lifting mechanism should have two drive systems. When one of the drive systems fails, the other drive system should be able to ensure that a working cycle is completed under the rated lifting weight. 3.5.2 The lifting mechanism should be equipped with a double limiter at the rising limit position (generally a heavy hammer type and a rotary type are used together), and the motor power supply is cut off when the picking device rises to the limit position specified in the design. For cranes with a lifting height greater than 20m, a limiter at the lowering limit position should also be installed. In addition to automatically cutting off the power supply of the motor, it should also ensure that the number of turns of the wire rope wound on the drum is at least 2 turns, excluding the number of turns of the fixed wire rope.
3.5.3 When the crane is equipped with a weighing device, an obvious display device should be provided in the driver's cab and at appropriate locations of the main beam. The force measuring and electrical components used should be moisture-proof and anti-interference. Under static conditions, the error of the weighing system shall not exceed that specified in Table 2. Table 2
Rated lifting weight G.
100180
225~450
3.5.4 Casting cranes for ingot casting should have an ingot alignment instrument. 4 Test
4.1 The visual inspection of the crane shall be in accordance with the provisions of 4.1 in JB/T7688.1-1995. 4.2 Qualification test
Allowable deviation (full range)
During the test, the load should be gradually loaded to the rated lifting weight, and the action test and test in each direction should be carried out under the standard voltage and rated speed of the motor. In addition to verifying the contents specified in 4.2 of JB/T7688.1-1995, the coordination of the main and auxiliary lifting mechanisms should also be verified, and their actions should be flexible and reliable.
4.3 The static load capacity test of the crane shall be in accordance with the provisions of 4.3 of JB/T7688.1-1995. 5 Inspection rules
According to the provisions of Chapter 5 of JB/T7688.1-1995, 606
