The air extractor has single-stage and multi-stage second-class structures. Its model number should comply with the regulations of ZBK54017. 5 Technical requirements
5.1 The working steam source of the air extractor must be reliable and stable, and its pressure is generally selected between 0.6~1.6MPaa). The working steam temperature of the extractor should be quite superheated. During operation, the working steam pressure and temperature of the air extractor should meet the design requirements to ensure normal operation. 5.2 The suction pressure of the air thrower is generally 0.925 to 0.97 times of the condenser pressure, and is selected based on the air extraction resistance. 5.3 The capacity of the air extractor is selected according to the total exhaust steam volume of the steam turbine, the total number of exhaust ports, and the number of condenser shells (Table 1, 2, 3). The capacity should not be less than the value in the table: the capacity of the air extractor supporting the steam turbine condensation equipment of the nuclear power plant and the air cooling condensation equipment should be appropriately increased according to the value in the table to ensure sufficient suction capacity. . The suction capacity of the starting air extractor is required to be large, and its capacity is selected according to Table 4\. 5.5 The water seal of sufficient height in the pipeline from the drain water of the steam cooler of the vacuum pump to the hot and cold water of the condenser should be ensured. Generally, the water seal height is greater than or equal to 2 times the difference between the drain water pressure of the steam cooler of the vacuum pump and the condenser pressure. 4

5.6 To ensure the normal operation of the vacuum pump, the main condensate recirculation should be enabled under low load of the turbine. 5.7 To shorten the start-up time of the turbine, start the vacuum pump. When starting the vacuum pump, the condenser pressure should generally drop to 0.035MPa, and then the main vacuum pump should be put into use.
5.8 A filter should be added to the working steam pipeline to prevent the nozzle from being blocked. The recommended diameter of the vacuum pump nozzle is not less than 3mm. The vacuum pump should be equipped with meters for working steam pressure and temperature, suction pressure and temperature, and cooling water temperature. 5.9

When the working steam pressure, outlet pressure, and cooling water inlet temperature change slightly, the vacuum pump can still maintain stable operation. 5.15 The manufacture of vacuum pumps shall comply with the requirements of ZBK54012 and be carried out according to drawings and technical documents. 5.16 The requirements for the cleanliness of castings and welded parts in the vacuum pump shall comply with the provisions of JB4058. 5.17 Under the conditions of use of the vacuum pump, if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to product design and manufacturing quality problems within the time specified in the contract, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repair or replacement. 6 Test and Inspection
6.1 The first steam jet vacuum pump of various models must pass the performance test, and its performance test shall be carried out in accordance with JB4056. 6.2 The working steam part (steam chamber) and cooling water part (cooling water pipe and water chamber) of the vacuum pump shall be subjected to water pressure test. The water pressure test pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure of the medium, and the water pressure is maintained for 10 minutes without leakage. The steam air part (shell, suction chamber and piping system) shall be subjected to water pressure test, and the pressure is 0.3MPa (a) and maintained for 10 minutes without leakage. 7 Supply scope of steam ejector
The supply scope of steam ejector includes steam filter, steam supply valves of each level of ejector, pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, cooler inlet and outlet leak gauge, etc. in addition to the ejector body.
8 Marking, paint and packaging
8.1 Nameplate
8.1.1 The nameplate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. 8.1.2 The nameplate shall be located in a conspicuous position of the ejector. 8.1.3 The content of the nameplate shall include product name, model, working steam pressure, steam consumption, ejector capacity, suction pressure, factory number, factory date, and manufacturer.
8.2 Paint packaging
8.2.1 The paint of steam ejector shall comply with the provisions of JB2900 and JB/Z163. 8.2.2 The rust prevention of steam ejector shall comply with the provisions of JB2901 and JB/2164. 8.2.3 The packaging of steam ejector shall comply with the provisions of JB2862. 8.2.4 The following random technical documents shall be included with the product when it leaves the factory a.
