The operation and construction are frequently moved, and there is no unified standard for the safety requirements of electricity use. In order to ensure the safe use of electricity in the well site of downhole operations, this standard is specially formulated. This standard is proposed and issued by the Oil Industry Safety Professional Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting units of this standard are: Safety Technology Department of the State Administration of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Shengli Oil Production Plant of Shengli Petroleum Administration. The main drafters of this standard are Wang Zhian, Wang Dengwen, Guo Li, Chen Jianshe, Xiao Yuncheng, Zhang Yong, and Junrong. 1 Scope Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Safety Requirements for Electricity Use in Well Sites for Downhole Operations This standard specifies the safety requirements for electricity use in well sites for underground operations. This standard applies to production operations in well sites for underground operations during onshore oil exploration and development. 2 Referenced Standards SY 5727--1995 The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by being applicable in this standard. When this standard was published, the versions shown were all valid. All standards will be revised: All parties to this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards GB4706.23-88 Safety of household and similar electrical appliances Special requirements for indoor heaters JG146-88 Technical specifications for temporary power safety at the site of construction SY6023-94 Safety production inspection regulations for Yunyou underground operation team 3 Distribution lines and power generation 3.1 Distribution lines 3I.1 The power lines of underground operation and field special Sichuan should use IN-S zero protection system. The minimum distance between the cable and the ground should be greater than 2.5m 3.1.5 It is advisable to use non-corroded poles for overhead cable laying: the diameter of the tip should not be less than 501111 When using metal poles: the rubber-sheathed cable should be fixed at the insulation treatment, bare metal wires should not be used for binding wires, and the poles should be buried firmly. Approved by China National Petroleum Corporation on November 8, 1995, implemented on May 1, 1996 SY 5727—1995 3.1.6 Cable laying underground! The depth should not be less than 0.6m. Fine sand with a thickness of 50m11 should be evenly laid above and below the cable, and then covered with a hard protective layer such as bricks. 3.1.7 When the cable is used by dragging the ground, heavy rubber-sheathed soft cable should be used. 3.1.8 The cables used in the field should not have intermediate joints. 3.2 Duty room wiring Duty room wiring should use insulated wires and be installed with porcelain bottles or porcelain clamps. 3.2.2 The wire should be protected by an insulating tube when passing through the wall. It should not be less than 2.5m from the ground, and a rainproof bend should be installed. The wire cross-section should be determined based on the load calculation of the electrical equipment. 3.2.3 The insulation resistance between the conductor and the ground should be greater than 0.5M2.3.3 The distance between the generator room and the riser and the flushing pool should be greater than 201m. The generator operator should be certified to operate, and non-operating personnel should not enter the generator room. The engine exhaust pipe of the generator should be equipped with a flame arrester. 3.3.3 The outlet of the generator output line should be connected with an insulating hose3.3.5 The generator should be grounded for protection and working grounding. The basic body, auxiliary equipment and protective devices of the generator should be fully inspected and tested, and can only be started after meeting the requirements3.3.6 The generator load should not be opened at the rated power When using the generator for power supply, there should be measures to prevent the reverse transmission of power to the external power supply system. 4 Distribution box Equipment of distribution box The distribution box should be installed in the duty room and kept dry and ventilated. 4.1.2 The distribution box should be installed straight and firmly.
