Subject content and scope of application
1.0.1 This standard specifies the requirements for the structural design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance, test methods, storage, handling, transportation and installation of polytetrafluoroethylene lining (loose lining) of carbon steel and low alloy steel chemical equipment.
1.0.2This standard applies to:
Design temperature: ≥—20℃~≤180℃
Design pressure: ≤0.6MPa (gauge pressure)
Equipment single section height or length: ≤1400mmCylinder diameter: ≤2000mm
1.0.3This standard does not apply to:
Equipment with jacket heating and threaded connections; equipment with direct flame heating;
Equipment affected by radiation;
Equipment with vibration and sudden temperature changes;
Vacuum equipment;
Equipment that is frequently transported.

Factors to be considered in design
Factors to be considered in design are as follows:
3.0.1 Corrosiveness of the medium.
Operating temperature and temperature change cycle and range. 3.0.2
3.0.3 Working pressure and pressure change cycle and range. 3.0.4
Wear and corrosion, content, size and flow rate of particles in the medium. Fixing method of large flat lining layer. Structural design of lined equipment
In addition to complying with the provisions of GB150, JB2880 and HGJ33 standards, the metal shell of lined equipment shall also comply with the following provisions: 4.0.1 The shell of lined equipment must have sufficient rigidity, and measures to increase the rigidity of the steel shell should be arranged on the non-lined side, as shown in Figure 4.0.1. 4.0.2 The structure and shape of the lined equipment should be as simple as possible, and there should be no components on the lining side that affect the lining construction.
4.0.3 The shell of the lined equipment shall not adopt a riveted structure. 4.0.4 The lined surface of the lined equipment shall be flat and smooth, and all corners shall be in a circular arc transition with an arc radius R of 3mm, as shown in Figure 4.0.4. Strengthening components
The lined surface of the lined equipment shall have a smooth transition to avoid discontinuities, gaps and sharp tips.
4.0.6 All parts connected to the lined equipment shall be designed as flange connection structures. The flange should be a flat flange.
4.0.7 If there are internal parts (such as flower plates, support rings, etc.) in the lined equipment, the internal parts must be designed as lined structures (such as flange connection structures or flange clamping structures), or made of corrosion-resistant materials, as shown in Figure 4.0.7. As shown in Figure
.
The connecting pipe should adopt a flange structure, as shown in Figure 4.0.8 and the lining part of the equipment
4.0.9 The manhole, hand support, pipe end, etc. of the lined equipment shall not protrude from the lined surface, as shown in Figure 4.0.9.
4.0.10 The heating pipe, spray pipe, etc. inside the lined equipment shall be installed after the lining construction, and the distance between the outer surface and the inner surface of the lining shall not be less than 100mm+, as shown in Figure 4.0.10. When the heating pipe enters the equipment through the pipe and the wall temperature of the heating pipe does not exceed 100C, the above distance can be appropriately reduced. However, the minimum spacing shall not be less than 25mm. When steam is directly introduced for heating, the steam must not directly flush the lining layer. Figure 4.0.10
≥100
4.0.11 On the shell of the lined equipment, each section should have two to four exhaust leak detection holes with a diameter of Φ2~3mm symmetrically distributed axially
4.0.12 The connection between the equipment's cylinder and the head (regardless of the form), and the connection between the cylinders, should be flanged, as shown in Figure 4.0.12. Figure
4.0.13 For conical heads that require lining, the large end diameter D and the small end diameter d should meet the following requirements:
D≤500mm
500mm
