This part is Part 6 of GB/T4122.
This part replaces GB/T13483-1992 Packaging Terminology Printing: Compared with GB/T 13483-1992, the main changes of this part are as follows: GB/T4122.6—2010
-The standard structure has been adjusted as a whole, divided into four categories: "Pretreatment of printing materials", "Packaging printing methods", "Packaging printing processes" and "Packaging post-printing processing processes";
The reserved terms and definitions are updated.
This part is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Packaging Standardization (SAC/TC49). Drafting units of this part: China Packaging Federation, Shenzhen Meiyingsen Environmental Protection Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. , Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication. The main drafters of this part are Xu Wencai, Wang Li, Ge Feng, Cai Shaoling and Wei Fang. The previous versions of the standard replaced by this part are: -GB/T13483--1992.

Plasma treatment

A process method that uses discharge to hit ionized electrons or ions onto the surface of the substrate, open the long chains on the surface of the substrate, and increase the surface roughness to increase the adhesion of the substrate surface. 3.2
Corona treatmentcorona Treatment
It is a kind of plasma discharge, which uses high-frequency high voltage to discharge on the surface of the substrate, so that the surface of the substrate is oxidized and polarized, and the surface roughness is increased to improve the surface adhesion of the substrate. 3.3
Chemical treatmentChemical treatmentUse chemical solution as an oxidant to treat the surface of the substrate, so that the surface molecules of the substrate are oxidized and polarized, and the surface roughness is increased to improve the surface adhesion of the substrate. 3.4
Photochemical treatmentLight treatment
Use ultraviolet light or other light sources to irradiate the surface of polymer substrates, so that the molecules are cracked, cross-linked and oxidized, so as to improve the surface adhesion of the substrate.

Anti-electronic treatmentAn anti-electronic treatment is a process for removing static electricity from a substrate by adding an anti-static agent to the material or by using an electrostatic eliminator to treat static electricity. 4 Packaging printing methods
Planographic printingA printing method in which the image and non-image parts of the printing plate are almost flat. 4.2
Relief printing
A printing method in which the image and non-image parts of the printing plate are higher than the non-image parts. It is divided into direct relief printing and indirect relief printing. 4.2. 1
Flexographic printing
Flexographic printing
A printing method in which an elastic relief printing plate is used to transfer ink to the surface of the substrate. 4.3
Gravure printing; recess printingA printing method in which the image part of the plate is placed before the non-image part. 4.4
Permeographic printingA printing method in which the plate leaks ink in the image area but not in the non-image area. 4.4.1
Screen printing
Perforated plate printing method in which the plate has mesh-like openings in the image part. 4.5
Digital printing
A reproduction process in which a colorant or pigment (such as ink) is directly transferred to a substrate using data files to control the corresponding equipment. 4.5.1
Ink jet printing
A non-contact printing method in which tiny ink droplets are directed to a certain part of the substrate according to computer instructions to produce a visible image. 4.6
Component printing
A printing method that combines two or more printing methods on a single production line. 5 Packaging printing process

A printing process that uses paper materials with a gram weight of less than 200g as the substrate. 5. 1. 2

The process of applying transparent and bright materials on the surface of printed products. 6.3
J hot fill stamping
A process of hot stamping metal foil or pigment foil onto the surface of paper (cardboard), plastic printed matter or other printed matter with a certain pressure. 6.4
Bronzing
A process of applying a thin and even layer of sticky ink to the specified part of the printed matter surface, and then attaching metal powder to the surface of the printed matter through the process of gold powder coating, polishing, cleaning, etc. to achieve a metallic luster effect. 6.5
embossing
A process of pressing a relief image on a printed matter through two concave and convex printing plates. 6.6
diecutting
A process of cutting a printed matter into a desired shape using a die. 6.7
slotting
A process of cutting out the gap between the flaps of a carton using a specified tool and machine. 6.8
Gluing
The process of joining cartons or cartons using adhesive. GB/T 4122.6-2010
Stitching
The process of joining cartons by nailing along the center line of the overlapping parts with metal nails, using oblique nails or horizontal nails. 6.10
Lamination
The process of forming a new material by bonding two or more layers of materials together through adhesive coating and pressure. 6,11
Slitting
The process of longitudinally cutting a wide coil or roll product into rolls of required width. 6.12
Rewinding
The flexible packaging material passes through the tension control roller, leveling roller and tensioning of the winder and is finally wound on the winder core.http:
