The standard parts and purchased parts used in machine tools shall comply with the current standards. 4.2 Castings and welded parts Castings shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842.2. Welded parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842.4. 4.3 Machining parts After machining, the parts of the machine tool shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842.5 in addition to the drawings, process documents and relevant technical documents. 4.4 Electrical system Electrical equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T5226. 4.5 Safety and health 4.5.1 All positioning and locking handles shall be firm and reliable after being locked, and protective covers, suction and chip removal measures shall be complete. 4.5.2 The sound pressure level of the machine tool when running idle shall not exceed 83dB(A). 4.6 Appearance The appearance of the machine tool should be neat. The welds shall be straight and evenly hooked, and the exposed joint edges of the parts shall be neat and there shall be no obvious misalignment. The paint shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T 1592--1992 approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on August 31, 1992 and implemented on April 1, 1993. The nameplate and indication signs shall comply with the relevant provisions. 4.7 Machine tool accuracy 4.7.1 Before the machine tool is inspected, it shall be in a natural leveling state, and the level shall be placed in the middle of the fixed work surface. The longitudinal and transverse readings shall not exceed 0.10/1000. 4.7.2 The order of accuracy inspection items listed in this standard does not represent the actual inspection order. In order to facilitate the installation and disassembly of inspection tools and inspection, the inspection can be carried out in any order. 4.7.3 When the actual measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance shall be converted according to the actual measured length in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.2.1.1 of JB/T4171, and the minimum conversion value shall be 0.01mm. 4.7.4 Geometric accuracy and inspection The inspection of machine tool geometric accuracy shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1. The operation of the operating mechanism shall be flexible and reliable. 4.8.2 The temperature of the spindle bearing shall be ≤70℃, and the temperature rise shall be ≤40℃. 5 Test method 5.1 The accuracy inspection of the machine tool shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.7. 5.2 Use visual inspection to inspect the appearance and meet the requirements of Articles 4.2 and 4.6. Inspection Inspection method refers to the relevant provisions of JB/T 4171 Inspect three positions in the middle and at both ends 5.3 Idle operation test 5.3.1 The machine tool shall be operated continuously from low speed to high speed, with the high speed operation not less than 1h, and meet the provisions of Article 4.8. 5.3.2 Start and stop the movement continuously for 10 times to test the reliability of the action. 5.3.3 Perform 5 random feed speed changes to test the flexibility of the operating mechanism. 41 5.3.4 Use ZBJ65015 to inspect Article 4.5.2. QB/T 1592—1992 5.3.5 Inspect the electrical system of the machine tool in accordance with Chapter 13 of GB/T5226. 5.4 Load test 5.4.1 In accordance with Article 4.7.5, test milling shall be carried out at various speeds using standard test pieces. 5.4.2 Load test and working accuracy test are generally carried out at the manufacturer, and can also be carried out at the user if necessary. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Products shall be inspected and qualified by the factory in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and a certificate of conformity shall be issued before they can be shipped out of the factory. 6.2 Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.1 Factory inspection Idle running inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Article 4.8.1; Geometric accuracy shall be carried out in accordance with Article 4.7.4; Appearance quality inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Article 4.6. Trial design and identification of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, periodic inspection should be conducted regularly or after a certain amount of production has been accumulated; when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; when there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.2.3 Sampling method for type inspection 10% of the inventory products are selected, but not less than 1 unit. If unqualified, double sampling is conducted; if double sampling is still unqualified, the criticism is unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 The packaging, transportation and storage of machine tools shall comply with the requirements of QB/T842.8. 7.2 The packaging and storage and transportation markings on the box surface shall comply with the provisions of GB/T191.
