1 Scope

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

4.3 The test medium is warm water. If air is used as the test medium, the rated pressure difference of the valve should be connected to control the opening pressure difference of the test village. 4.4 The valve is operated in what way. When conducting a static pressure life test, the device it is equipped with should be able to carry out an opening and closing cycle test with the valve: handle (wheel) Manually operated valves driven directly or by a reduction mechanism; the driving machine of the butterfly valve drives the handle (wheel) or the handwheel of the wheel speed mechanism; the butterfly valve driven by electric, hydraulic, pneumatic or other electric reduction and pneumatic linkage devices, use the recommended operating drive device to perform opening and closing cycle tests: 4.5 Static life test, starting from the fully closed and sealed position, the degree of the valve should reach more than 9% of its actual system pressure. 4.6 During the static life test, from the open position to the closed process, the medium should be filled with medium, and the pressure should be 90%~1K of the nominal pressure of the valve: after reaching the closed position: the outlet side of the medium valve releases the medium pressure: the butterfly valve opens under the pressure difference of the test medium, and the medium has a certain differential pressure. During the test, the certain pressure difference should be used as the test pressure. 4.7 The media that closes the seal by the stroke position control, the closed position is controlled during the test: the media that closes the seal by the torque, the test is carried out according to the maximum opening and closing torque obtained by the test measurement, and the media seal should be maintained at each opening and closing, and the operating force should not exceed the operating torque that can be generated by the operating wheel equipped with the media cabinet or the operating torque specified in the product standard. 4.8 The repeated deviation of the stroke position should be less than 1: the repeated deviation of the operating torque should be less than 5%. 4.9 During the static pressure life test, according to the characteristics of the sealing pair, the sealing operating torque should be checked every 200-500 self-closing cycles: after the commercial seal performance is qualified, continue to test: for the media that is operated dynamically, the operating force can be adjusted if the change is made, and the media that cannot be adjusted by other operating mechanisms cannot be adjusted. 4.10 If the valve has installation requirements, it should be installed in the required installation position and installed in the flow direction required by the valve. If there is no flow direction requirement, it can be installed in any direction.
4.11 The record of the number of pre-pressure life test should be recorded by the life test machine or electric, dynamic, pneumatic or other electro-hydraulic and gas linkage devices receiving the signal provided by the end travel switch, and using the electric disk counter to record 5 Test method

5.4 After 200 to 300 opening and closing cycles, check the leakage of the sealing surface: if the operating torque changes, the output torque of the drive mechanism should be adjusted in time to meet the sealing requirements. If it does not meet the requirements of 4. of this standard, terminate the test. 6 Determination of the number of static pressure life test
6.1 Termination of test

6.2 Number of static pressure life test
