5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification
HG2283—92
Items (1) and (7) in Chapter 3 are factory inspection items; items (8) and (9) are periodic inspection items, which shall be carried out once a month. All items in Chapter 3 are type inspection items. If one of the six situations specified in 6.6.1 of GB1.3 occurs, type inspection shall be carried out. In normal production, it shall be carried out once a year. 5.2 Sampling method
Random sampling is carried out in batches. For manufacturers, uniform products mixed once are considered a batch. For users, products with the same batch number from the same manufacturer are considered a batch. The number of samples shall not be less than √N
(N is the number of barrels of each batch of products). When sampling in small batches, the number of samples shall not be less than 3 barrels.
When sampling, do not allow foreign impurities to fall into the product. Use a stainless steel (or aluminum, copper) sampling tube to sample from the top, middle and bottom. After the sample is fully mixed and divided, take about 200g and divide it into two clean and dry ground-mouth bottles. Seal them with paraffin wax, attach labels, indicate the manufacturer name, product name, batch number, and sampling date, one bottle for inspection, and one bottle for future reference. 5.3 Manufacturer inspection
Reaction black KN-8BG should be inspected by the quality supervision department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that all reaction black KN-8BG shipped out of the factory meets the requirements of this standard and is accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 3
Wbzsoso,cO5.4 User acceptance
HG2283—92
The user has the right to verify the reaction black KN-8BG received in accordance with the provisions of this standard. When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, the two parties can negotiate to resolve the issue.
5.5 Re-inspection
If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from twice the amount of packaging barrels for re-inspection. Even if only one indicator is unqualified in the re-inspection results, the entire batch of products cannot be regarded as qualified products. 5.6 Arbitration
When arbitration is required, the arbitration institution shall be determined by negotiation between the two parties. The arbitration method shall be in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
6.1. The packaging barrel should have firm and clear markings, indicating the manufacturer's name, product name, registered trademark, factory batch number, date, standard number, specifications, gross weight and net weight, and the barrel should be accompanied by a product quality certificate. 6.2 Reaction black KN-8BG should be packaged in iron barrels lined with plastic bags, 35kg per barrel. Other packaging can be ordered according to user requirements. 6.3 Handle with care during transportation, prevent fire, sun and rain, and do not damage the packaging. 6.4 The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse with a storage period of 1 year.
