This standard is revised on the basis of ZBJ55036-88 "Technical Requirements for Manufacturing and Acceptance of Crankshaft Grinders". This standard is a concretization and supplement to GB/T9061-1988 "General Technical Conditions for Metal Cutting Machine Tools" and other standards. This standard is consistent with the technical content of ZBJ55036-88, and has only been re-edited according to relevant regulations. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is Shanghai Machine Tool Factory. This standard was first issued in December 1979 as JB2619-79, and was first revised as ZBJ55036-88 in October 1988. This is the second revision.

This standard applies to full-precision crankshaft grinders with a maximum rotary diameter of 250~800mm, a maximum workpiece length of 500-4000mm, and a movable worktable.

The interlocking of semi-automatic machine tools should be able to meet the following requirements: 5.1

The wheel guard shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB4029. The electrical and hydraulic systems shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T5226.1 and JB/T10051 respectively. The safety protection of the machine tool shall also comply with the provisions of GB15760. Processing and assembly quality

The surfaces of the longitudinal and transverse guide rails of the bed and their mating parts shall be assessed in accordance with the requirements of “static pressure and sliding (rolling) guide rails”, and the guide surfaces of the worktable and the mating headstock and tailstock shall be assessed in accordance with the requirements of “displacement guide rails”. The following joint surfaces shall be assessed according to the requirements of "particularly important fixed joint surfaces": 6.5

6.6 When mechanical processing is adopted for guide rail pair and joint surface, the inspection and evaluation of joint surface contact shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T9876 6.7 In addition to the headstock spindle, grinding wheel spindle, tailstock sleeve and top cone which shall meet the requirements of 2.1.2 in JB/T9874-1999, the grinding wheel chuck shall also meet this requirement.
6.8 The operating force of the horizontal feed hand wheel shall be assessed according to the requirements of "common hand wheel" in slow gear: the operating force of the hand wheel and handle in fast gear and other parts shall be assessed according to the requirements of "uncommon hand wheel"; the operating force of the tailstock handle shall be in accordance with the design requirements. 6.9 The reverse idle stroke of the horizontal feed hand wheel shall not exceed -10
The transmission motors of the headstock, grinding wheel frame and oil pump shall be balanced and calibrated together with the pulley or coupling. After calibration, the double amplitude of vibration caused by the residual unbalance shall not exceed the following values: headstock motor, 8um: oil pump motor, 8um; grinding wheel frame motor, 4um. Note: The oil pump installed on the independent oil tank is not tested. 6.11 According to the provisions of JB/9877 and other relevant standards for inspecting the cleanliness of machine tools, inspect the cleanliness of the grinding wheel frame, and the weight of the dirt in the grinding wheel frame shall not exceed 200mg (spot check).
7 Machine tool idling test
7.1 Machine tool temperature rise test
The machine tool idling time shall not be less than 4h. After reaching a stable temperature, the temperature and its temperature rise value shall be measured in the grinding wheel frame and the bed oil pool (or oil tank). The temperature shall not exceed the relevant regulations.
7.2 Grinding wheel frame idle power test
Grinding wheel frame idle power should not exceed the specified index by 15% Note
1 To determine the idle power index of the grinding wheel frame, 10 sets of assembled grinding wheel frames should be selected, and their idle power should be measured, and the average value should be taken as the index. 2 The power consumed by the motor itself should be deducted during measurement and inspection. 7.3 Inspection of the rapid introduction of the grinding wheel frame

7.4 Smoothness test of low-speed operation of the worktable
When the moving speed of the machine tool worktable is adjusted to 0.1m/min, its movement within the maximum workpiece length range should be smooth. During the inspection, an indicator with a display value of 0.01mm can be used for inspection, and the indicator should rotate evenly and continuously. Note: This item is not applicable to machine tools that do not rely on the movement of the worktable to dress the grinding wheel. 7.5 Smoothness test of low-speed continuous operation of the grinding wheel frame3

When the speed of the grinding wheel frame is adjusted to 0.1m/min, the movement should be smooth within the entire travel range. This series of machine tools does not conduct "maximum torque" and "maximum cutting main force" tests, but only conducts the grinding wheel frame motor to reach the rated (or design specified) power test, and the test specifications are as follows:a) Test piece: as specified by the manufacturer:

Use the cutting method to inspect, the ratio of grinding amount to feed amount shall not be less than 85%, and the measured value shall be calculated according to the average value of two turns, and the specifications are as follows: a) Test piece: according to the test piece specified in JB/T2617.2 working accuracy; b) Headstock speed: medium speed;

f Grinding position: two turns at both ends of the head and tail stock. 10 Machine tool accuracy inspection
10.1 Machine tool accuracy inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T2617.2 10.2 The grinding specifications of the test piece of working accuracy shall be determined by the manufacturer. 10.3 During the working precision test, the surface roughness of the test piece shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1031, and its surface roughness R value shall not be greater than the following provisions:
General crankshaft grinder: 0.32um:
Crankshaft grinder with semi-automatic structure: 0.63μm. 10.4 During the working precision test, the surface waviness of the test piece shall comply with the provisions of JB/T9924, and its average amplitude value W shall not be greater than 1.6um. 4
