3.2 Determination of solid content
ZBG 39004--87
8.2.1 Instruments
3.2.1.1 Constant temperature drying oven: 0~300℃, accurate to ±1℃. : 3.2.1.2 Analytical balance: sensitivity 0.001g. 3,2.1.3 Desiccant: Use color-changing silica gel or anhydrous calcium chloride as desiccant. 8.2.1.4 Weighing bottle: 40mm×25mm.
8.2.2 Test steps
Accurately weigh 1.000~1.50g of the sample into a weighing bottle that has been weighed to a constant weight, and place it in an oven preheated to 60℃. Within 25~30min, raise the oven temperature to 135±1℃. After keeping the constant temperature for 1h, move the sample into a desiccator, cool it to room temperature, and weigh it. 3.2.3 Test results
The solid content X (%) is calculated as follows:
Where: G—weight of the sample after drying, g, G
weight of the sample before drying, g.
The average value of the test data of two parallel samples is taken as the test result, but the difference between the values of the two parallel sample tests shall not be greater than 1%. 3.3 Determination of storage stability-! Acceleration method 3.3.1 Instruments
3.3.1.1 Constant temperature water bath: accurate to =1℃. 3.3.1.2 Large tray: sensitivity 0.1g.
3.3.1.3 Thermometer: ~100℃, 1℃ division. It should comply with the provisions of JB1066-67 "Technical conditions for industrial glass thermometers and experimental glass thermometers".
3.3.1.4 Test tube: diameter 18mm, height 180mm, it should comply with the provisions of QB519-66 "Beakers and flasks". 3.3.2 Test steps
Weigh 10.0g of sample into the test tube, gently plug the mouth of the test tube with a rubber stopper, put it into a constant temperature bath with a bath temperature controlled at 60±1, and the sample liquid level should be 2cm lower than the water bath liquid level. Note the start time, and after about 10 minutes, plug the rubber stopper tightly. From the beginning of the test, tilt the test tube once every 1 hour until the sample stops flowing, and record the gel time (expressed in hours). 3.4 Determination of storage period
The determination of product storage period shall be carried out in accordance with GB7751--87 "Determination method of storage period of adhesives". 3.5 Determination of water miscibility
3.5.1 Instrument
3.5.1.1 Constant temperature spectrum: accurate to +1℃,
3.5.1.2 Pan balance: sensitivity 0.1g,
3.5.1.3 Thermometer: 0~5U℃, graduation 1℃. It should comply with the provisions of JB1066. 3.5.1.4 Burette: 50ml, it should comply with the provisions of QB702--80 "Burette". 3.5.1.5 Erlenmeyer flask: 250ml, it should comply with the provisions of QB519. 3.5.2 Test steps
Weigh 5.00g of sample into a conical flask1, insert a thermometer, and place it in a constant temperature controlled at 23±1℃. When the sample temperature reaches 23±1, use a burette to drip water of the same temperature into the sample, shake the hook, and after the water and sample are evenly mixed, drip more water until it becomes slightly turbid, which is the end point. Read the volume of the dripped water, and calculate the result in grams of water added. 3.5.3 Test results
The percentage of water miscibility is calculated as follows: 2
-water mixing fraction, %,
W--amount of water dripped, maximum,
GThe weight of the sample, g.
3.6H determination
ZB G 39004—87
Use precision test paper with a pH range of 4.5 to 9.5 to test the pH of the sample. (2)
3.7 Determination of compressive shear strength
3.7.1 Test block material: Use birch blocks with a moisture content of 8 to 15%, a bulk density greater than 0.5 g/cm2, a thickness of 10 mm after treatment, and a smooth bonding surface, and make the main fiber direction parallel to the material center line shown in Figure 1. 3.7.2 Sample preparation: Apply the prepared adhesive quickly and evenly to the bonding surface of the test block at a ratio of about 100 g/m*. Glue so that the two sides parallel to the material center line are consistent and close, and leave for 20 to 40 minutes. Heat press at 130 to 140°C under a pressure of 98 to 147 N/cm2. The assimilation time is determined by the thickness of the glue, calculated as 60s/mm. Then the specimen is processed into the shape and size shown in the figure, and a total of 12 specimens are prepared, and the actual bonding surface of each specimen is measured. Load direction

3.7.3 Testing machine: The testing machine should be able to ensure that the load when the specimen is destroyed is within the range of 15% to 85% of its range. The loading speed is not more than 9.8kN per minute.
3.7.4 Test steps: Install the specimen on the test machine fixture. ", so that the fixture is consistent with the specimen load surface, turn on the test machine, and measure the maximum load (N) when the specimen is wrinkled.
3.7.5 Test results: Use the measured bonding area (cm\) to divide the maximum load when the specimen is destroyed, and calculate the compressive shear strength (N/cm2) of each specimen. Then use the percentage of the bonding area to calculate the area of damage to the adherend (wood), and mark its damage rate 3
ZB G 39004-87
(%). Take the arithmetic mean of the compressive shear strength of the 12 samples as the compressive shear strength of the inspection batch product. If the damage rate of the adherend is greater than 50%, and the average compressive shear strength is lower than the specified index, it is necessary to re-make the sample for testing. The test results are recorded in the record sheet. Test result record sheet

8.8 Determination of viscosity
The viscosity is determined in accordance with GB2794-81 "Test method for viscosity of adhesives (rotational viscometer method)". 3.9 Determination of gel time
3.9.1 Apparatus
Constant temperature oil bath, accurate to ±1°C.
Pan balance: sensitivity 0.1g.
Test tube: diameter Φ18mm, height 180mm, should comply with the provisions of QB519. Temperature range: 0~200°C, division 2, should comply with the provisions of JB1066. 3.9.1.5 Stopwatch.
3.9.1.6 Glass rod: diameter Φ4mm, length 300mm. 3.9.2 Test steps
Weigh 5.0g of sample into a test tube, insert a glass rod, and immerse them in an oil bath controlled at 135±1.5℃ for 1 minute. Make sure the sample surface is 2cm below the oil bath surface. At the same time, record the time and stir with a glass rod until it can no longer be stirred. Record the time and test at least two samples. Take the average value, which is the gel time of the sample. 4 Inspection rules
