HG2172-91
5.1 Determination of general photographic properties (items 1 to 4 in Table 1) 5.1.1 Test conditions and sampling
The test should be carried out under the environmental conditions of temperature 23±2℃ and relative humidity 45%~55%. If there is no other provision in the standard, the test should be carried out under the above conditions. The film used for testing should be sampled after reaching equilibrium under the above conditions. The roll film should be sampled after removing 0.5m from the head or tail of the film roll. For loose leaf film, take one or more films from the film box as samples. Cut two segments from the sample that are suitable for the photosensitive instrument as test samples. The photosensitive instrument adopts a dimming system, and the dimmer should comply with the relevant provisions of GB2923. Teng light time 1/20~1/5s.
Light source color temperature 2856K.
Xiguang color separation filter Kodak Wratten 25.
5.1.3 Sample washing
The exposed sample should be kept under the environmental conditions specified in 5.1.1 and start processing within 1~2 hours. The washing should be carried out with unused developer and fixer in a drum-type small-scale washing machine (such as XT-30). The sample washing process is specified in Table 4, the developer formula X-12 is specified in Table 5, the stop solution formula TX-1 is specified in Table 6, and the fixer formula D-1 is specified in Table 7.

When preparing the solution, various chemicals are added in the order of Table 5 and Table 7. When the previous chemical is completely dissolved, the next chemical is added. The prepared developer is stored in a sealed container and can be used after being placed at room temperature for 12 hours, but the solution must not be used for more than 48 hours.
5.1.5 Density measurement and characteristic curve drawing
The density should be the national standard visual diffuse transmission density. The geometric conditions for density measurement should comply with the provisions of GB11500, and its measurement spectral conditions should comply with the provisions of GB11501.
Measure the density of the processed sample and draw the characteristic curve with the density value as the ordinate and the logarithm of the exposure as the abscissa. As shown in Figure 1: D

Photosensitive characteristic curve

HG2172-91
5.1.6.1 Minimum density
The optical density value produced by the unexposed sample after development and fixing is taken as the result. It includes the sum of the film base density, gray fog density and coating residual color density.
5.1.6.2 Contrast coefficient
The contrast coefficient is the slope of the straight line of the characteristic curve, which is calculated according to formula (1): ?=tga
Where: y
-contrast coefficient;
-the angle between the extension line of the straight line of the characteristic curve and the horizontal axis, (1)
5.1.6.3 Sensitivity
The sensitivity is calculated by taking the reciprocal of the exposure H. corresponding to point M on the characteristic curve. The density of point M is the minimum density D plus 1.0. The sensitivity is calculated without considering the light attenuation caused by the addition of the red filter. The sensitivity is calculated according to formula (2): S&
Where: SR—film sensitivity;
H.—exposure Ix·s corresponding to the reference density point M for calculating the sensitivity; 3 Calculate the coefficient of the sensitivity specification,
5.1.6.4 Maximum density
Take the density value corresponding to the highest point on the characteristic curve, 5.2 Resolution determination
According to the provisions of GB9045.
5.3 Determination of melting point of emulsion layer
In accordance with the provisions of GB6843
5.4 Determination of moisture content
In accordance with the provisions of ZBG80003.
5.5 Determination of water absorption
In accordance with the provisions of GB9860,
5.6 Determination of curl
In accordance with the provisions of GB6847
5.7 Determination of film size
Use a steel ruler with an accuracy of 0.1mm to measure the length and width of the loose negative film and the width of the reel film. The length of the reel film is measured with a tape measure
5.8 Inspection of other performance properties
5.8.1 Apparent quality
Take a piece of film from the unopened sample and visually inspect it under white light. The apparent quality of the film should meet the requirements of Article 4.3.1. 5.8.2 Quality of transparent film
Take a piece of film from the unopened sample, develop and fix it directly without flashing, and the quality of the transparent film shall meet the requirements of Article 4.3.2.
5.8.3 Quality of gray film
Take a piece of film from the unopened sample, expose it evenly and develop it to a density of 0.9-1.0. Visually inspect the gray film, and its quality shall meet the requirements of Article 4.3.3
