5.1 Usage environment
5.1.1 The ambient temperature is 0~50℃. 5.1.2 The relative humidity of the air shall not be greater than 95% (when the temperature is 25°C). 5.2 Assembly requirements

5.3.1 Braking torque

The mechanical efficiency of the reduction clutch is not less than 86%. 5.7 Sealing performance
The reduction clutch should be well sealed and without leakage. 5.8 Appearance quality
5.8.1 Plastic parts: The surface should be smooth and smooth, with uniform color and no defects such as cracks, bubbles, shrinkage holes, flash, etc. 5.8.2 Rubber seals: The surface should be flat and smooth, and there should be no defects such as bubbles, flash, or exposed steel skeleton. 5.8.3 Exposed metal parts (except stainless steel parts): The surface should be subject to effective anti-rust treatment, such as electroplating, blackening, passivation, etc. 5.8.4 All riveted parts and threaded fasteners should be firm and reliable, and should not be loose. 5.9 The surface of electroplated parts

6 Test method
6.1 Test conditions
Conducted at room temperature. In case of dispute, the test shall be conducted indoors with an ambient temperature of 25 ± 5°C. 6.2 Test equipment and its accuracy
6.2.1 Timing instrument, accuracy within 0.5%. 6.2.2 Force measuring instrument with an accuracy of 1N.
6.2.3 Torque measuring instrument, the accuracy is 0.01N·m (measuring friction torque), 0.1N·m (measuring breaking torque and braking torque). 6.2.4 Length measuring instrument with an accuracy of 0.02mm. 6.2.5 Sound level meter, accuracy is ±1dB.
6.3 Assembly quality inspection
6.3.1 Flexible rotation: check by hand, it should comply with the provisions of 5.2.1. 6.3.2 Friction torque of forward and reverse rotation of the pulsator shaft: The dehydration shaft is fixed, and the pulsator shaft is rotated forward and reverse for no less than 3 turns each. Use a torque measuring instrument to measure the rotational torque, which should comply with the provisions of Article 5.2.2.
6.3.3 Coaxiality of the dehydration shaft relative to the clutch shaft: Fix the clutch shaft on the main shaft of the measuring instrument (roundness meter or similar instrument), and make the rotation axes of the two coaxial, and measure by length The instrument measuring the coaxiality of the dehydration shaft shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.2.3. 6.3.4 Axial clearance of the pulsator shaft: The dial indicator contact is in vertical contact with the end face of the pulsator shaft. Pull the pulsator shaft by hand to move axially. The maximum reading difference read by the dial indicator shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.2.4. 6.3.5 Circular runout of the working groove surface of the pulley: The deceleration clutch housing is fixed, and the dial indicator contact is in vertical contact with the working surface in the pulley groove. and the dial indicator shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.5. Note: Not applicable to reducers without clutch mechanism and housing. 6.3.6 When the brake lever is opened, the gap between the pawl and the ratchet wheel: Open the brake lever so that the distance it moves along the direction of force action at the force application point is 13mm. Use a feeler gauge to measure the gap between the pawl and the ratchet wheel at this time. The clearance should comply with 5.2.6 regulations. Note: Not applicable to reducers without clutch mechanism and housing. 6.4 Braking performance measurement
6.4.1 Braking torque: Under braking, rotate the dewatering shaft according to the direction of the dehydration shaft, and use a torque measuring instrument to measure the relative movement between the dehydration shaft and the brake band (or elastic hoop) The torque in front should comply with the provisions of Article 5.3.1. 6.4.2 Brake lever opening force: Apply a force at the specified force application point on the brake lever. When the force point of the brake lever moves down 3mm, the force is the initial opening force. When measuring this force, it should comply with Clause 5.3.2. Note: Not applicable to reducers without clutch mechanism and housing. 6.5 Determination of breaking moment
Fix the dehydration shaft, rotate the input shaft, gradually load the pulsator shaft, and use a torque measuring instrument to measure the torque when the component is damaged, which should comply with the provisions of 5.4.
6.6 Noise measurement
Use a motor [matching the input speed and input torque of the reduction clutch, the noise is not greater than 50dB (A)] to drive the reduction clutch to run dry, and conduct the test according to GB4214 regulations. Test radius r=1m, should comply with the provisions of Article 5.5. 6.7 Mechanical efficiency measurement
Install the reduction clutch on the efficiency measuring instrument and measure it under rated load. It should comply with the provisions of Article 5.6. 6.8 Sealing performance measurement
Conduct a sealing water pressure test on the leakage detection instrument. The test water pressure is 4.9×10*Pa, which should comply with the provisions of Article 5.7. 6.9 Appearance quality inspection
Visual observation shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.8.
6.10 Anti-corrosion test
The test shall be carried out according to GB2423.17 and shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.9. 6.11 Trouble-free operation test
Insert the deceleration clutch into the washing machine (or on the simulation test device) and conduct it according to the provisions of GB4288 Article 3.8 and shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.10.

7.6 Quality guarantee period: If the reduction clutch sold is not damaged or does not work properly due to manufacturing within 18 months, it shall be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer free of charge, but it shall be from the date of shipment from the manufacturer. No more than 30 months. If the ordering parties have other requirements, they may be stipulated in the contract.
